What a nice day! - From start to finish, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Not a jewelry person, but lots of options in the shop. This tour changed my mind on Tequila.. there are some good smooth options. The cenotes were such fun
you can take the stairs, jump in or do the rope! The only glitch was they didn’t pick us up until a day after our original tour! There was also zip lines, horseback riding and ATV’s
and lots of friendly dogs. Also food, beverages and shopping!

Amazing! - Even though we were a small group for the activity, we were treated with the up most hospitality. We did all 3 activities ATVs, ZIP lining and 2 cenotes, one covered and uncovered. I Just want to give a big thank you to the PUMA crew for taking care of my husband and I we had an amazing time. On our next trip to Cancun we will definitely be back to Boca Del Puma. Tony y Vero

Not quite as expected - The eternal collection from the various places was unfortunately very tough. Visiting the shops was nice, you can do. But when we didn’t buy tequila, the seller became quite unfriendly. Not a nice experience. The cenote for this was all the more refreshing and beautiful. You could dive and catch some sunbeams on the platform in the Cenote.

Cenote - The Cenote was amazing. The kids jumped from thr 12ft and 15ft plank multiple times. They would visit that place if we were close to the cenote.

Awe-Inspiring Beauty, but No WIFI Connection!!! - The swim in mesmerizing cenotes was an incredible experience. The sheer beauty of the place left me speechless. However, it was a bit frustrating that in this day and age, the host wouldn't share the WIFI password, even though there were WIFI hotspots available. I spent a full 6 hours without internet, which was quite inconvenient for someone trying to check their emails in the 21st century.

Not what expected - Maybe didn’t read the description properly BUT THIS WAS NOT A JEWLERY WORKSHOP. The bus drops you off at a jewelry store which you just browse for 45 minutes and look at overpriced tarnished jewelry. Then you must spend 30 minutes in a gift shop that sells tequila. Then after you get taken to a cenote in the middle of nowhere. The actual cenote location was quite run down and very small. Definitely 3 hours was too long to spend there. The driver was on his phone and drove very fast and even missed a turn almost because his lack of attention to the road. Beautiful cenote though even tho small.

They never showed up. - The transport never arrived, we were in the pick up place 10 minutes early and stayed for almost an hour. We tried to contact them and until now we haven't recieved an answer. They have my number and email and never reached to us either. We lost the day because of this.
