Fun stone the resorts - Did the ATV zip line cenote adventure! They also have horses to ride in the adventure if you choose. Cenote was nice and cool! Atv was a fun ride! Well organized tour, very safe! Great demo and instructions on the various adventures to be safe! Tequila tasting had some delicious tamarind tequila, and the lunch was authentic and delicious. I could have drank the bottle of green hot sauce it was so good! Great photography taken during the adventures for you to purchase before or after. Small market with decent prices. Definitely a great way to spend a half day. Highly recommend!

Happy people đŸ„° - We had such an amazing time with my friends, it’s was very well planned out and the whole vibe was amazing due to Osvaldo aka Mr O, our guide. He was a very happy up beat person dancing with his little boombox. He deserves a raise. Overall our experience was 10/10 🌞

ATV, Zipline, Cenote, Tequilla Tasting - If you are looking for the thrill of getting your heart racing, pure fun in the sun and lots of great photo memories then all these activities tick all the boxes. There are several ziplines of increasing length to match your inhibitions. The ATVs are a pure adrenaline rush zigzagging around. The tequila tasting helps give you the liquid courage to jump into the cenote to cool off. Pictures are shared immediately at the end.

Mediocre at beat - This excursion was not what it advertised. First thing they try to get you to do is upgrade to VIP for another $59 a person. The ATV tour they have you just drive up and down the same road turning around 3 times. The 4 wheelers were not great and the trail or road ran up and down a power line. The zip lines were ok but nothing special. The cenote was also just ok but we’ve been to better. They gave us 20 minutes at the cenote which allowed you to jump or play for a just a few minutes. The team was ok but constantly wanting you to tip for everything. After the tour they take you into the restaurant and don’t let you leave locking the doors and not allowing anyone to leave for another hour after the tour. The whole experience was not worth the money.

Raul was the worst tour guide! - We had a group of 11 that consisted of 3 families with 5 kids ranging from ages 4 to 12. (1) Beware of RAUL, tour guide (pic enclosed). After checking in and stopping by the merchandise store, we were taken to our assigned group to meet the tour guide and get an overview of the activities. This was a new experience for half the group and it felt very rushed. RAUL started talking even before we sat down. When 3 of our group members asked him a question, he just looked at each of us, then turned his head and completely ignored us. At the end when he asked if everyone was ready, my friend said no and his response was “I already answered it.” Every response was “I already answered it.” RAUL was extremely rude, impatient, condescending and just thinks he’s too good to answer any of our questions. If you have a family with children, be cautious of Raul. Raul should not be a tour guide, it was the worst customer experience. He was wearing an Extreme Adventure uniform and is a poor representation of the company and started us off with a poor experience. (2) Humberto, new tour guide was amazing, friendly and attentive. (3) Zipling - There were 3 ziplines with small obstacles in between. Ziplines were short but fun. (4) ATVs and buggies (for the younger kids) were enjoyable even though it went in two repetitive loops. (5) Tequila tasting was cool and you get to sample 6 different tequilas. There’s an option to purchase it. (7) The cenote was beautiful and our group had fun jumping straight in or via a zipline. It was a 20-25 min experience. (8) The Mayan fire performance was a neat cultural experience and you get to take photos with the performers for free. (9) The fish and pork tacos were included in the package. The tacos, fries and guacamole with chips were tasty. (10) 0 stars for RAUL and 4.5 stars for the rest of the staff. Overall experience was 4 stars.

Fun Excursion, but Beware of Constant Upselling - The actual excursion was fun and enjoyable, but be prepared for constant attempts to drain your money. Here are some key points from my experience: - Upon arrival, we were pressured to upgrade to a premium package for an additional $40 USD. The main selling point was that the cenote would be private instead of public, with claims that 127 customers would be attending. In reality, customers were divided into smaller groups for activities, and there were only about 15-20 people in the cenote at a time. - We were not allowed to bring our cellphones or belongings to the excursions, as they claimed their own photographer would take photos. These photos were then sold to us for about $25 USD per person. When we declined, they offered a reduced price of $20 USD per person, clearly showing their aim to profit from us. - The included snacks consisted of two tacos at the end of the meal. They then tried to persuade us to buy more food and pushed for tips if we didn't purchase additional items. - There was a $10 locker fee, with $5 refunded at the end. However, the tour guide strongly encouraged us to give the $5 refund to him as a tip. Overall, while the activities themselves were enjoyable, the constant upselling and pressure to spend more money were off-putting. If you decide to go, be prepared for these tactics and plan accordingly.

Unprofessional Photographers - Had a negative experience with the photographer Paparatzo Extreme. Members of our group of 47 people tour wanted to buy photos two days after the trip. The price was $15 per photo or $50 for the group. They told us if many people wanted to buy, then the price would go down. However when I reached out that I wanted to buy two photos, the price changed to $25 per photo. I offered to pay $30 which was advertised, but they declined and said $50 or no photos. Another member in our group negotiated with the same guys down to $40 for all the photos he was in. When I asked for the same deal, it was not possible. Long story short, be careful with the photography team at this place.
