Extreme Adventure 3/26 - This was so much fun! We had the BEST tour guide, Kevin aka Moto Moto. He was hilarious and made all of the experiences (cenote, atv, and zipline ) an amazing adventure. The only warning I would have for travelers, is when you start out at this location, they try to upsell you with packages, and you don’t need them.. And bring your own water shoes if you have them cause that’s an extra $25. Davie our photographer was also wonderful and Ignacio the tequila master. But Moto Moto stole the show 🤩 ~~ Scarlett D and 4 bachelorette mamacitas 💜

Just what we were looking to try in Mexico! - The experience was one of the better excursions we’ve done this trip. Alan was our tour guide and did a great job explaining our itinerary for the day. Everyone was very friendly and the overall park was very authentic and very clear marked paths. Atvs were great and the cenote was breathtaking!!!! I highly recommend this trip For anyone looking an adventure.

A very fun day in the jungle! - My family of 4 (2 boys ages 11 and 14) did the ATV/Zipline/cenote adventure last week. The staff at the location were excellent and friendly - our guide Kevin ("Moto Moto") was helpful and kind when my son fell and scraped his knee. The lunch was tasty and the tour was well organized. They did try to up sell a lot (photo packages, equipment for the ATV , water shoes etc.. which we declined and didn't end up needing). My only complaint was with our initial morning transfer - when I booked the information indicated that the pickup would be 30 -60 minutes before the activity start time (which was 9:30). Our pickup was at 8 am and we were on the van for an hour and 45 minutes before arriving at the activity (the drive is 45 minutes total going directly from the resort to the venue). It made for a very long day (it was booked as a 4 hour activity ) - we left the resort at 8 am and didn't get back until 3 pm. It was still a really fun day but be aware if you're booking with kids that the day is much longer than advertised.

Upsell central-skip - Tequila tasting was the only thing I wasnt disappointed in. The zipline was fun but small. Cenote was beautiful but they make you were a lifejacket and monopolize all photos so they can sell them back to you for 80$ for 2 people - only the atv and zipline photos end up good so you basically get no photos at the cenote and they will yell at you not to bring your phone near the cenote so you cant get photos. This is a good excursion if you have children and dont mind them upselling you more than 100$ once you get there (per person)- package upgrade where you dont even get what was advertised….

DO NOT GO! - This feels like a poor mans XCARET park. We had signed up for an ATV tour, which we had done many times before. We have always had a great experience both in Mexico and other countries. We did see there were other activities listed; however, the ad made it seem like the ATV was the main attraction. It is not. You do have a chance to do everything, and here is the breakdown: the ziplines are about 12 feet long and include 2 tiny bridges the same size, which last about 15 min. Most of the time, you are waiting for everyone else to go. ATV lasts around 25 minutes, and you are going around in dirt circles with nothing but potholes. Then there is a tequila tasting which is a pitch to buy bottles. You are then rushed to a cenote, where you spend about 30 minutes. Once back, you get "lunch," which is juice and 2 tasteless tacos. If this is not enough to deter you, they nickel and dime and want to upsell you for absolutely everything. Don't waste your money here!!
