Great day! - The entire team was great. The fish and coral reef are beautiful. And the tequila tasting was fun. We would do it again.

Bad driver - Trying to upsell you too often including comments and pressure from the last shuttle driver for a big tip The one we gave him wasn’t good enough, obviously didn’t have to tip but when we gave him a tip he laughed and said that’s hardly worth tipping me so I just kept walking He was quite ignorant to my wife saying hey you don’t appreciate your ride Not good at all Everything else was terrific just not the last driver Very very bad man

A good experience. Your... - A good experience. Tour was shorter than I expected. I also thought we would see more of the reef but stayed on the outside of it. Did see many different sea creatures such as a nurse shark, turtles, and sting rays.

Great snorkeling - We really liked the snorkeling but would have preferred a smaller group. Food great, tour guides most excellent! Convenient pick up from hotel.

FYI To Those Looking To Book This Excursion. - I will start with how the snorkeling experience itself was great for the 45ish minutes we got to snorkel. The reef was beautiful and full of wildlife. The staff were fairly interactive and made the experience itself enjoyable. Now for the FYI for everyone looking to book this tour. There are quite a few extra rules we were unaware of as well as extras to the excursion that are not posted in the information here. 1) You will not be allowed to take pictures via go pro or underwater camera/bring your phone with you onto the boat (they offer pictures for you which you obviously have to pay a premium price for). You also will not be allowed to bring practically any personal belongings, all of which they have lockers available for deposit so ensure you bring extra cash for the deposit (I believe it was $200 pesos or so). 2) You can NOT wear any sun screen on this excursion (INCLUDING REEF SAFE SUN SCREEN). Do not go purchasing expensive reef safe sun screen for this trip as you will be told to wash any sun screen off of you in the showers at the tour meeting point. 3) The tour is offered on the website to children as young as 3 years old but should be more like a 6-7+ range as the equipment they have will not fit a toddler/younger child. As stated in the excursion info everyone attending should be able to/be comfortable with swimming on their own. 4) The tour is listed to have a duration of 4 hours. This will not include travel time and wait times for shuttles. Do not expect to be picked up immediately once your excursion is complete. We ended up having to wait an additional 2 hours for pick up which brought our total time from pick up to drop of at roughly 7.5 hours. 5) The tour unexpectedly has a tequila tasting after snorkeling which was actually a great surprise and enjoyable. However, if you are doing this excursion with your kids they will be sitting there for up to an hour doing nothing while you taste tequila with the tour group so keep that in mind. 6) Unfortunately the beach lunch is underwhelming and you are limited to 3 small bland tacos per person. Be sure to pack snack or bring extra cash if you intend on having lunch out in Puerto Morelos. As stated above, you likely won't be back at your hotel for a a couple hours once the excursion ends. 7) Not so much a surprise to most who have been to Mexico before/done excursions like this before. You will be expected to tip for many of the services provided so bring some extra cash with you (tour guides, tequila tasting guide, lunch staff, lunch entertainment.) Hope this info helps anyone looking to book this trip. Cheers.

Total waste of time. - This is a total tourist trap. We wasted 6 hours for 40 minutes of snorkeling. The snorkeling was ok. However, the time spent, the food, and beach were very very poor. We got to the place and it took over an hour to get us ready ad go to the boat. We snorkeled and got back about 11:15. Then they made us sit through a presentation, where they tried to sell us tequila for 45 minutes. Three measley tacos were served about 12:30, for “lunch”. then they gave us “free time”. “Free time” was basically being stranded in a dated tourist area, while all the locals merchants harassed us. We escaped to the beach, which is a dirty rundown track of boats. If you want to snorkel, try to find a trip without the “extra activities”

Asked to leave and no refund - Communication was poor and we were unable to even attend this experience due to unforseen medical circumstances that were not explicitly explained and are being refused a refund.

Book another snorkel tour - Honestly this was not the best tour. There were alot of issues with it- first of all being that this tour is NOT as advertised online!!! On trip adviser it says it is a 4 hour tour. We arrived at 1:30pm and were told that the shuttle wouldn’t be back to pick us up until 6:00pm. False advertising!!! Some people in our tour actually left early because they had dinner reservations. Another issue is that there was a tequila tasting included which was not advertised (which I’m not mad about but they should probably advertise that anyway). There seemed to be a lot of incompetence and not good communication on behalf of the tour guides and tour operators. And the restaurant they took us to totally sucked!!! They were out of fish tacos even though they are a “seafood” restaurant. What a joke. Book another tour
