We will start with an exciting journey in the zip lines in the jungle, imagine flying in the middle of all the vegetation that exists in the jungle. Then we will make an intrepid tour driving our own ATV, we will drive on a road full of climbs, descents, rocks, mud and lots of fun, this service can be selected in a simple way or you can share this great tour with another person. Then we will go to one of the most relaxing activities, which is the pass on horseback, which is an obligatory activity due to the tranquility that can be felt. It’s inexplicable. Finally, we will go to a Mayan cenote which is a place you must visit at least once in life, here we can refresh, for the end we will enjoy a delicious lunch. The tour includes natural purified water. Remember that the weight limit is 220 pounds for horseback riding and for ATV and Ziplines is 260 pounds.

Our tour guide (Crispy... - Our tour guide (Crispy bacon, lol) was awesome! Everything we did was so fun! The zip line was a blast! Definitely recommend this tour!!

Tequila was so good! - It was well worth the money! A great experience. The zip line was great! The centos was a little to quick not enough time. The ATV were so fun.

Great communication!! - We had a great experience. They were very thorough in communicating and making sure we knew what was going on. They use WhatsApp, so if you don’t have it download it. 10/10, would recommend to anyone that is looking to try this out. Elias was the guy communicating with us and he did a great job.
The pictures I have cost extra… around $90 for 3 people. Just a heads up. The groups are usually 7-12 people I’ve noticed. The van had A/C and was very easy to and from the activity.

fun activities but incorrect lunch listed - The activities were a lot of fun. Alex was our instructor and and he was very kind. My only complaint is that I booked my excursion that listed a chicken fajita lunch. We did not get that. We got tacos (pick from fish,pork or vegetarian). Chicken fajitas were not an option, there are other options for an extra charge but 2 tacos is what is included in the lunch.

It was okay despite the fact that everything was done in a hurry. - It was okay. The horse riding, zipline and ATV was okay.The 5 hour trip finished in 3 hours staff were pushing to finish the activities fast. Only some minutes of cenote time was provided although we wanted to stay longer. The lunch was included in my package and got a small plate and paid extra $5 for extra food. The saff were way more pushy for tips like it was compulsory. We were offered a free drinks to give 5 stars.

Needs improvement and revision - This is definitely not worth 200.00 the lunch was a joke 2 fish tacos no drink, they insist on locking up your phone so you cannot take your own pictures on the horse back ride and ATV's, it's all a ploy to extract money, you can't ride the ATVs like you want it's kindergarten course and rules overall some improvements need to be made.

SCAMMED - Booked this tour and canceled within minutes after the operator messaged me because the pickup time (11:55) was earlier than I could make. The operator told me to contact Viator and said they don’t hold the payment, yet they later denied Viator’s refund request. They also said other guests were coming, so my slot was replaced. Refund was denied despite immediate cancellation and no apparent loss. Screenshots available.

SCAM!!! - Be careful with this company.
They charged me $200 and then stopped responding. I canceled within 45 minutes of booking after realizing the pickup time was earlier than I could make.
They told me to contact Viator for a refund, saying it was out of their hands, but also confirmed they had replaced my place on the tour.
However, each time Viator reached out to confirm, they denied the refund. Meanwhile, they kept telling me they were “waiting for a supervisor.” They then just stopped responding entirely.
Apparently they also ban you from taking photographs on the tour then try to charge you exorbitant fees for the photos they take. There's also a random 16% card charge that doesn't really exist. It's just a way to squeeze money out of you.
Add of that up and you've pretty much got a scam. I didn't even go on the tour and it's pretty obvious they're just exporting people
