SOLO TRIP Will book again !! - I took my first solo trip, and I am So glad that I booked this experience! I had a great time, being that I've never been on an ATV I booked my reservation as an individual rider with a guide and Jay took the wheel, I had a blast jumping into the cenote it was like plunging into a cool bottle of water! everyone was so hospitable and informative! shoutout to Jay and the photographer Ivan were so cool and great guides! Donna greeted me when I arrived and gave me information on what to expect! overall I knew I was safe, and I had a great time! Oh, and every time we went to a new area of the excursion Jay was sure to do a headcount to make sure everyone was accounted for in our group!

Organized fun, but long - Well organized but went long. Hotel pickup was easy and we were the first ones in our van to be picked up. Driver showed up 10 min before the appointed time, so make sure you show up early. Made 3 other stops before we got to the park. Organized into groups, and each group funneled through the ATV, Cenote, and zip lines. Our group did Cenote, ATV, then zip line. Cenote had 30 min, wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be. ATV was down and back loop, limited to speed of others around you. Zip lines said they also had 5 interactive bridges, but I think those were simply the tree platforms when you land/take off. There was only 1 true bridge that you walked across vs zip lined. Hard push for tourist sells (i.e. upgrading packages, photos, food, tips, etc.). After we were done with activities, we had to wait for all afternoon groups to be served dinner (2x tacos included, can purchase other food) before they dismissed us by groups. Was supposed to be 1:30-5:30, but we didn’t arrive until 1:45 and leave until 6:00 (doesn’t include transportation time back to hotel). Photos for 3 people were quoted at $89 USD.

Cheap and high pressure sales. - The entire experience was for them to sell you Tequilla and overpriced photos. They minimally delivered on “zip lines “ that were barely in the trees, the ATVa were falling apart and there were so many people we inhaled fumes from all the exhaust during the ATV tour, the cenotes were crowded and then they trapped us there with no way to leave until the photo guy sold you his overpriced photos. At the end, everyone asked for tips. One guy even demanded a tip…really low class experience.

Poor experience, disappointed! - We booked through the resort concierge at Cancun. We were promised that this is the best company in Cancun for ATV + Zipline + Cenote experience. We were a large group and were really disappointed with the experience
1. Hotel pickup/drop off: The driver was very nice, punctual and drove very safely.
1. Cenote: This is not Cenote like we thought. It is just a natural well in which you can jump and swim for 30 minutes or so. There is no cave
2. Zipline: Overall fine experience. 6-7 ziplines, not bad at all
3. ATV: Terrible experience. First the ATVs were so hot that all of us had skin burns near ankles because of the hot engine. When I asked for the reason, they told me that the ATVs are running for the entire day hence the engines are too hot. It was really unbearable. Secondly, the route for ATV was same route we drove through at least 15 times. There was no variety, nothing. Thirdly, the tour company people used different treatment for different people whose ATV got stuck. A college going kid in our group was asked not to drive the ATV after she went slightly off track because somebody else came too close to her ATV. She was asked to sit behind the tour company guy who was smoking entire time while driving ATV.
4. Wine Tasting: This one was fine but was way too long
5. Food: Nothing exciting at all and they should have clarified that the food is after the entire 6 hours tour is over.
6. Pictures: The most disappointing part was they never announced that we cannot take our cameras/phones while booking. We had to put them in the lockers so we were dependent on the photos taken by the tour company. They quoted an astronomical price to transfer those pictures to us. It was more than $1 per picture even though it was just a digital copy. We had no choice but to pay for it. I found this is very unethical practice.
I will never recommend this company to anybody else.

Don’t Recommend - The day started fine, they convince you to upgrade to VIP but it’s not worth it. Our guide Alan was alright, however wasn’t a great fit for us. He spoke way too fast and most of the group were asking eachother what activity was first, because we all couldn’t hear nor understand. The cenote swim especially was very very short. The ATV ride is circling around for 20 mins, it’s very slow and is in no way a ‘jungle tour’. It’s good if you just want to have the experience of driving one. It’s very rocky with lots of bumps as expected but the ATVs were burning hot. Your feet could easily burn. The zip lining was fun, but very fast paced and rushed. Again, each activity is very short for a day that lasted 4-5 hours.
The trip took a turn near the end.
We came as a couple from the UK, where everyone else was american. Tipping culture is not a thing for us, but feels extremely pressurised in Cancun. We tipped everyone during our stay as a young couple on a tight travel budget and our guide said ‘not 100?’. So, be ready to tip as it’s expected and mandatory, it’s not appreciated. The 5 USD refundable deposit is basically a tip as you’re asked whether you want it back or not. He didn’t even say thank you to others. So weird!
At the end you’re offered 2 tacos for 1 person which is included, but we did not do this part, as it was extremely unhygienic. It’s an outdoor kitchen with flies everywhere, all over the food and the kitchen. We saw multiple flies on people’s tacos. Obviously you can’t control nature but you can and must do something about them being in the kitchen. It’s disgusting.
The end experience with the reaction to the tip and the food was awful. I feel like this excursion is good if you are going purely for the experience, the tequila tasting was particularly fun. But, be prepared to pay $75 for a few pictures as you can’t take them yourself. Be ready to tip the driver, the guide, the tequila tasting dude, the servers, the dancers, etc. It is ridiculous, but it is expected. Please remember this is the experience of a couple from the UK in a group full of americans hence we may hold a different perspective because this may be normal to others but it was a culture shock to us.
They also beg for reviews constantly.
Enjoyed it overall but came back frustrated, tired and disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend, a waste of a day in cancun

Overpriced and Rushed - The first issue we had was with transportation, I was told two different places to be picked up and had a crew member hang up the phone on me when I was asking a question about the pick up location, we then had to pick up a different group of people and drop them off to a separate excursion, which caused us to be late to our starting time and everything else was rushed. Our driver Javier was great though very helpful in dropping us back off right at our hotel. Our guide Axel was the best part of this experience. The zip lines were unsafe with only workers there to stop you from going into a tree. The photographer was extremely pushing with taking photos and charged extremely high. The ATV portion was supposed to be 30 minutes long, but we only rode for 17. In one single line, not allowing us to go more than 10mph and constantly stopping to make sure the group was keeping up. The tequila tasting was in a bee filled area. Our cenote portion was also extremely rushed. It was supposed to be 40 minutes and it was maybe only 20 minutes maximum. The tacos were cold and soggy. The cost of this was not anywhere near to the experience that we received, extremely disappointed in the entire experience.

Be aware of drivers! - We stayed at the Moon Palace and they highly recommended this activity…Our experience with our driver Oscar De La Hoya was awful. We had a large group and this man does not belong in any customer-service related business. After waiting 20 minutes in our van, we asked what time we would leave, he then proposed that we wait or find another way to get there. We were stunt by his answer. What proceeded from there was worse, very uncomfortable by his actions. The transportation is an important factor in our decision to purchase an activity, so this was very disappointing and it really impacted our experience.
