Private Tour - Cenotes and Sea Turtle - My husband and I had an amazing time on our tour! We went snorkeling with sea turtles, then went to the cenotes where we got to swim, snorkel and zip line. We ended the day with a delicious traditional lunch. Rodrigo was a great guide, he was super knowledgeable about the area! Would recommend to anyone traveling in the Cancun/ Playa del Carmen area.

Alondra is the best - We highly recommend requesting Alondra as your guide! She was absolutely wonderful, providing genuine hospitality, warmth, and kindness alongside a wealth of knowledge. Our group size was small, and her timing was impeccable. She perfectly orchestrated our visits to Coba and a local cenote, followed by an authentic lunch with a Mayan family. The day was packed with adventure, including a zip line, a cenote, canoe ride, and a visit to the sanctuary to see the spider monkeys.

VIP tour experience - We had a fantastic day with our Kay tour guides, Cedric, Oswaldo, and Ramon. They were so attentive to our every need and desire. They even went out of their way to find us diet Dr Pepper! The tour was wonderful, made especially so because of our guides’ tips and extra attention. The cenotes were uncrowded and stayed open extra late for our group. The lunch was delicious. Our family of 14 visited Tulum during the Christmas holidays when it is teeming with tourists yet our tour guides seemed to know the secret to finding quieter areas.

Perfect private tour - We did the 3 cenotes, zip lines, and snorkeling. Our guide was Rodrigo, and we couldn’t have been happier. He was helpful, gave us lots of information, patient(took all the photos and then some more we requested), used his gopro for us while snorkeling and came loaded with a cooler full of beverages for us. It was a perfect day and the icing on the cake was that it was just us so we were able to move at our own pace for the day. The cenotes were beautiful and we saw so many sea creatures while snorkeling. Thank you so much Rodrigo!

An experience to remember! - We had an amazing private tour experience in Mexico that was perfectly planned and truly unforgettable. We were picked up directly from our hotel by Cedric, our tour guide, and Lorenzo, our driver, which immediately made the day feel easy and stress-free. Our first stop was for fresh coconut water, a fun and refreshing introduction to the day and a great example of the thoughtful personal touches Cedric added throughout the tour. From there, we visited the Cobá Mayan ruins, where Cedric shared fascinating history, fun facts, and insights into Mayan culture, keeping us engaged the entire time while we rode bikes through the ruins. Next, we stopped to shop at a local shop to see handmade items by locals, followed by a delicious lunch prepared by the locals. Cedric took time to explain traditional foods and even introduced us to local coffee, making the meal feel authentic and meaningful. In the afternoon, we went zip lining over a cenote and canoed across crystal-clear water, which was an incredible experience. We then visited three beautiful cenotes, where we had the option to cliff jump into them or walk in, making it accessible for all comfort levels. We also a cenote cave, where we saw fish swimming in the water and bats overhead—an unforgettable and unique experience. Throughout the day, Cedric was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He made sure we interacted with locals whenever possible and even taught us bits of the local language, which made the experience feel truly authentic. He ensured we got the most out of every stop, shared insights into local culture and customs, and took photos for our family so we could capture all the fun memories together. Lorenzo was an excellent driver and made the entire day smooth and enjoyable. This tour felt personal, immersive, and thoughtfully curated from start to finish. We highly recommend this private tour, and especially Cedric, to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Mexico. Both the adults and young adults on our trip had an amazing time, and it was truly well worth the affordable cost. Kay Tours took care of all the logistics, including admissions to the ruins and paying for lunch, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing—we just brought money for souvenirs and gratuities, which made the entire experience easy and stress-free.

Mayan Jungle and Incredible Cenotes with Traditional Mayan Lunch - We had the BEST day with Claudia as our guide and Jose as our driver. We have been on several tours throughout Mexico and Kay Tours was outstanding. Everything was planned perfectly. The timing was great and Claudia, our guide was so thoughtful and informative. I felt completely safe and knew we were in great hands. We went through the Mayan jungle and swam in 4 different cenotes. We had a traditional Mayan lunch that was delicious! Kay Tours was great to work with and Claudia and Jose really set them above the rest. Highly recommend!!

Awesome time with Claudia!! - We had such a wonderful time today with our excursion swimming and jumping into cenotes, zip lining and I really enjoyed the local lunch with the Mayan villagers. Our driver Jose and our guide Claudia was wonderful and kind. Thumbs up to Claudia, laughing with us all day long while educating us with the Mayan culture. Cenotes was cold but so beautiful. Kay was also very prompt with responses..I had a lot of questions lol he made every easy for me. My 2nd time with Kay tours and will definitely book with them again.

Best day ever good excursion - We went on a jungle trek and cenotes excursion and it was a wonderful experience. We swam in different cenotes, zip line and had a local lunch in the Mayan village. Our driver Jose and our guide Claudia was so kind and friendly. Claudia our “bodyguard” lol took very good care of our group. We also learnt a lot about the Mayan culture and the locals. So much fun and laughter. Definitely requesting her on our next trip here.
