Really enjoyable - Really enjoyed our experience yesterday. Picked up from hotel on time 1 hour drive to the place. Checked in easily enough then onto the zip lines. They were fun then the ATV's they were really fun got absolutely drenched in mud but that was all part of it. Then onto tequila tasting and the cenote. Spent about 45 mins at the cenote, places to jump and zipline into the water which was great. Then for food and a show all in all it was really enjoyable. Price for photos were a little expensive but the whole trip was great

10/10 would do again! - Raul our guide was amazing! Everyone was so kind. The jungle was beautiful and we felt very safe. Fire show & food at the end was a great way to wrap an action packed day! My only note is be sure to wear pants or something that covers your legs for atv ride. One of my group members burned her leg slightly from the heat and or fumes from the ATV đŸ„Č the team was quick to provide burn cream and care

BRING GOGGLES! - It was great. Super friendly, fun, professional, punctual. During The truck ride out to the caves you’re sitting on an a wooden bench on bumpy roads for increments of 15 minutes. Bring an extra towel to sit on for the way there and the way back. They take a few dozen photos of you during the trip and they can AirDrop them to your phone. It’s worth it Bring a goggles! So you can see better enjoy the water. 2/3 of the pools are very clear! (Only regret we have)

Just okay - The activities were fine but the prices for photos are outrageous and the food wasn't worth us paying $110 upgrade. We would have been better off sticking to the regular package

Frustrating Pickup Experience, Great Staff On-Site - I booked this excursion for January 19, 2025, and received confirmation the same day. I originally selected BOK21 as my pickup point because it was only a five-minute walk from my Airbnb. Everything looked set until the company suddenly changed my pickup location to a spot almost a 30-minute walk away. They didn’t notify me in advance. I was already in Cancun attending a friend’s wedding when they sent a message on Sunday at 6 p.m. and my excursion was Monday at 1:30p.m. My confirmation clearly stated a 1:30 p.m. pickup, so I planned around that. Out of nowhere, I started receiving calls from a Mexico number telling me the driver was already at the pickup location. It was only 1:00 p.m. I told the caller we were on our way and heading to BOK21. She never corrected me or mentioned that the location had changed. Instead, she kept yelling on the phone and warned that the driver would leave in eight minutes if we didn’t arrive. We got to BOK21 at 1:05 p.m. - no driver, no vehicle, nothing. She called again to say the driver was leaving and wouldn’t wait. The only option she offered was for us to go directly to the park. I asked how far it was, and she said “about 15,” so I repeated, “Fifteen? One-five minutes?” and she said yes. I asked her to send the address so we could get an Uber. The ride ended up being 44 minutes, costing me an extra $40 USD. I messaged her about the time difference, and she insisted everything was fine as long as we arrived by 2 p.m. We reached the address she sent, only to realize it was the wrong location, it was just the entrance. We had to stop twice for directions, and thankfully our Uber driver was patient. I called her again so she could speak to him, and we learned the real location was still 22 minutes away. That was another $20 USD out of pocket. Her name was Marysol, and this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with any Viator booking. I booked five excursions during this trip, all with different companies, and never had a single issue except with this one. The only reason I’m giving an extra star is because once we finally arrived, the experience itself was enjoyable and Alex at the park was great to work with. But the pickup process and communication need serious improvement.
