The Best! - People were so nice and enthusiastic! We went as a trio girls group that don't speak Spanish at all but had the most amazing afternoon. Can't thank the crew enough!

ATV tour - The ATV tour was great! Friendly informative guides, super accommodating! Great way to see some of Puerto Plata in a short period of time.

Excellent Price and Value, Great way to see what the Dominican Republic is like - Know that this tour is both fantastic and a fantastic value. The guides are experienced and local, friendly, and knowledgeable.

ATV SO MUCH FUN!!! 😁 - We stayed at the Tropical Resort. And we got picked up in the lobby of Cofresi Palm hotel. Alfonso was our instructor, and he was so awesome!! Very professional and explained everything about how to drive the 4 wheeler and he also did a little test drive with us. And our photographer/ videographer Marleni took so beautiful pictures, and a nice video , and captured all the important moments. It was my first time driving a 4 wheeler. We didn’t get dirty, like I thought we would just our legs and shoes. It was nice shopping and hearing about how they made the hot chocolate and coffee. We didn’t listen to the cigar ones from the local person, since we didn’t smoke. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we had so much fun. It wasn’t a big group either. Just us two. I booked it at the right time. We went on a Sunday.

Amazing experience! - What an amazing experience throughout! Our pickup was smooth at the port. My daughter and I were 2 minutes late to the bus ride and they called us to check on us! When we got there, everything was as described. The tour was beyond what we expected! Our tour guide was amazing! He was very thorough and very patient with us till we were comfortable with the ATVs! They were very friendly and made us feel very safe! I am beyond happy that we selected this company and this group for our excursion! I highly recommend them to anyone going to Dominican Republic! This is a must do!

Really fun and got to see a lot of the local life - First time on an ATV and it was a lot of fun. They picked me up and took me to the ATV place and taught me how to drive. The lockers there cost 5 dollars, not included, but you don't need it for the ATVS. We went through water, jungle, beach, and city. Met some cute dogs along the way too. Overall, a great day.

Great 4 wheeling... - Great 4 wheeling experience through the town and forest with a beautiful beach stop. Our group of 18 really enjoyed it! Just be prepared that the bus waits for everyone, including the dune buggies, to finish so you may be waiting for a bit afterwards. We planned for 3.5 hr excursion but it was more like 4.5 from meeting time to drop off so we didnt have as much time at the port afterwards as we hoped.

Poor Scheduling - We decided to go with this tour company that offered both ATV and Buggy guided tour experiences with a pickup from the cruise port. We wanted to do ATV as the Buggy tours seems a lot more of a messy and muddy experience. The Good: ATV tour guide was very thorough with instructions and we felt very safe while out on the tour. We had a lot of fun, though we did wish there was opportunities to pick up the speed a bit more, but that was a minor complaint. The bad: We were the only people that were picked up from the cruise port that chose ATV. The majority did the buggy tour. Our tour took approximately 2-2.5 hours, then we headed back to the Buggy shop where we had left from. When we arrived we were told the rest of the group that were on the Buggies were on their way. We waited for over an hour and only one employee came up to us in that time and assured us that the group would be back in the next 10 minutes. About 15-20 minutes later the rest of the group did indeed show up, but it was still another 30 minutes until we were able to board the transfer vehicle back to the cruise port. We waited nearly 90 minutes total and were not offered any snacks, water or anything for our inconvenience. Had the employees let us know that the other tour was so far behind us it would not have been as big of an issue, but we were kept in the dark due to seemingly bad scheduling. This tour company could have just taken me and my fiancee back to the cruise port instead of having us wait this absurd amount of time. Despite this I'm giving grace and making my review a 3/5 because we did enjoy the ATV experience itself. But this was just very unprofessional.
