Outstanding adventure, well worth the money and time! - The staff were very friendly and informative. They gave great directions/explanations and answered all our questions. The hike was a lot of stairs which I was not expecting but they did take breaks and made sure everyone was ready to continue before starting out again. The falls were fun to slide down and the water was very cold but refreshing. I highly recommend the photo package as they caught on video all my slides down the falls and many other scenes on the way. I felt it was worth the $45.

Fantastic Waterfalls Excursion - The tour was amazing start to finish. Our tour guides from pickup were very hospitable. The photographer we had (Fryday) was very quiet but was also super friendly and made sure he caught lots of great photos for us to take home with phenomenal memories of our trip.
The hike to the falls was nowhere near what I was expecting. Reading a lot of the reviews, I was concerned about how tough it would be. The hike was not hard at all for 2 x 47 year old and our 15 year old son. Although I can see how some people may struggle with it.
The falls were amazing and the rum punch on the drive back was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visits the DR.

Must Do!!! - We had so much fun on this excursion!!! Our jump expert Zander was absolutely amazing and so much fun! Our photographer Anthony took amazing photos and had us laughing the whole time! Although we didn't get to do as many of the falls as I would have liked due to safety concerns following heavy rains, this trip was well worth it and a memory our family will never forget!

Fantastic Tour - Such an amazing tour with fantastic tour guides! The hike was very fun and the jumps and slides were even more fun. I would definitely recommend going with this group and the rum punch and music going back is a great way to end the day.

Fun and adventure in an amazing place - Book this excursion! It was AMAZING! You start out with a .2 mile hike and it’s very steep but manageable. You forget all about it as soon as you get to the slide. We got to slide down 3 of the slides and did 1 jump. Xander was our guide and he was very friendly and did an excellent job giving us the history of the island on our ride to the falls. I did not purchase the photo package but I brought my phone and was going to take selfies he took my phone and took pictures of my husband and I and took a video of me. We will always remember this day and highly recommend it yo anyone who loves adventure.

Very fun and exciting... - Very fun and exciting tour and our tour guide Jordan are very responsible and will give you all the safety guidance to do it. The exercise level is not very high for people work out very often. But I am a little bit afraid of heights but still make the jump. Would like to recommend to my friends and families 100%!

So much fun! Do this and pick this company! Other helpful details! - We had such a blast. I would totally recommend doing this trip but make sure you read the reviews beforehand so you know what to expect. We were in Jordan's group and he was amazing. He linked us up with Jacobo at Damajagua and he really made everything feel safe.
Here's a summary of the reviews and what I experienced:
1. You have to walk to the bus. I call this the walk of savings. The bus is nice.
2. You leave everything except your shorts and your suit and your waterproof shoes in the bus. The bus is safe. My wallet and phone were just fine in the bus. Wear shoes you can tighten up so they stay on and you don't slip. Wear shorts that you don't mind sliding on rocks in and that prevent chub rub, and wear a suit that is comfortable. They'll provide you with a lifejacket and a helmet and a plastic water bottle that you'll drink on the hike up and then deposit in a trash can before you start the slide down.
3. You can bring your phone for pictures if you have a waterproof case and there is more than one of you so someone can take pictures. The later falls have better locations for pictures than the earlier ones. Your phone won't get knocked around, you can tuck it into your life vest.
4. You need to be comfortable swimmer, your head will go underwater with each slide and jump. The lifejacket will pop you back up but you'll be under for a second or two.
5. The hike up is a hike up with plenty of stairs but even the out of shape people in my group made it.
6. It is kind of like a conga line. Pretty much everyone from the two ships comes to do this but it's fun despite all the people, the sliding and jumping and laughing with your friends and family is great.
7. I thought this particular trip group size made it really fun. I made several friends that I enjoyed chatting with and cheering on as we went down the slides. I thought this excursion was the best for the price, group size and quality.
8. There are like 8 or 9 slides/jumps. It's a good amount and makes the outing and the hiking feel worth it. The water is on the colder side but feels really refreshing and nice.
9. Bring cash to tip your guide at Damajagua (they won't be on the bus with you, ours was Jacobo), your guide with the tour company (ours was Jordan), and your bus driver.
10. I don't drink but our bus loved the rum punch, we liked just the punch.

I was disappointed in the excursion and the company - This company has now royally ticked me off. I wrote a short review on Viator (which can only be left by those that purchase an excursion btw) and they had the gall to try to push it off as a review for a different company! So here is the full story:
They held our shuttle for well over an hour waiting for one guy despite advertising leaving 45min from the ship docking. Our guide was Zander. He thinks he is funny and pretended not to speak any English for the entirety of the time spent waiting on the shuttle bus. We finally left the guy who had not arrived. We then drove 10min down the road and pulled over to wait for them to bring us the same guy that already made us an hour late (point...we only have so much time in port and had nothing left by the end of this mess).
When we got to the national park. This same charming individual proceeds to argue with our guide that he didn't want to go down the waterfalls - just look at them. They actually entertain this jerk...more delays.
The excursion originally advertised 12 waterfalls. We only went down 4/5. 2-3 slides, one jump/slide choice, and then another slide. The walk up was long with many stop points because you are being herded like CATTLE and they are trying to space you out (they fail at this and you run into many groups and get held in the pools just go go down the next stop). What we saw was beautiful, fun, and very cold in March but I was let down by the length. Zander said they had some storms in December affecting some of the other waterfalls - they need to fix their description because it is very inaccurate.
Zander then took us as a captive audience to a chocolate/coffee/statue carving money grab where we were forced to watch presentations and had the opportunity to buy their wares. Yes, it is educational and a cultural experience (they claimed they don't do this on their reply to my review on Viator so perhaps this was an unapproved side trip).
The excursion advertises fresh fruit on the way home...it's a banana. You will be hungry when you get back. All in our 4hr excursion took about 6hrs and we couldn't do anything else before having to get back on the boat.
Based on their aversion to the truth and how they handle reviews. I really would choose another company.

Not as advertised - I feel jipped a little. 12 waterfalls are advertised and we did 4/5. The fruit consists of a single banana. The take you to a coffee and chocolate talk where you can barely hear the lady and it’s just a captive sales pitch.
