27 charros - Edwin was right on time and got us to the waterfall and kept our bags safe . So we only rented water shoes . Made sure we had our lunch and let us see a local fruit stand. Got us back to the ship with plenty of time. He was kind and knowledgeable about what were about to do.

This Excursion is CRAZY Fun - This adventure was way more than we thought. The natural slides were amazing and really exciting. The river "gorge" was stunning and awe inspiring. First thing we wanted to do when the trip was finished is hike right back up and do it again. Our tour guide - Mariano - did a great job. Lastly, the communication from EDWIN Transfers Tours was excellent. Very responsive and proactive. We had to change our excursion by a couple days and they instantly accommodated the new date.

Great fun at the falls! - This was a truly wonderful experience. The driver that picked us up explained what to expect and made sure we were set up with a guide on arrival. The guides were conscientious about the pace of the hike and stopped for rest every five to seven minutes. The hike is strenuous if you are not in average condition. The slides and jumps were great fun! Second to last is the best. The buffet was tasty and plentiful. I would definitely do this again.

Fun and adventurous trip not far from cruise port. - Overall, a fun, safe, and enjoyable trip. The communication was excellent, the driver was nice, meeting instructions, and the AC van was pleasant. The falls were great, well organized, nice guide,s and the lunch was pretty good.

So much fun! - This was a wonderful experience. The hike was vigorous but it ripped times when I needed too with no problems. I worried I wouldn’t be able to do the jump, but I did it. We loved this excursion.

Great experience! Beautiful! - Great experience but the park was extremely crowded! I'm talking over a thousand people or more which led to extremely long waiting times.

The activity was great... - The activity was great and rated a five out of five. The tour guide were also great. The only downside was it was a very long walk to get to the bus. Directions were fine and it was articulated accordingly, but it was a long walk, but I guess I didn’t expect it to be that far.

Waterfall hike - We met up outside the main gate with about 8 other people, and traveled to the beginning of the hike. There were several hundred other people there all doing.the same excursion so we were looped in eith multiple other groups making our group to be over 50 people in size whi h takes away the personal experience. There was a lot of waiting on other people since our group was so large. Going down the falls itself was a lot of fun, water felt refreshing. The hike was a good amount of stairs up so definitely don't do if you are not in decent shape. Thry supplied us with a water bottle. The amount of time down the falls was pretty short, it felt like we were just being rushed through it due to the amount of people there. Afterwards we were take to a tourist stop where they show you how they roll cigars (not really our cup of tea), and they let you sample a small amount of "mamajuana" which has red wine and some kind of tree bark and rum in it. The tourist shop was kinda gimmicky. Then we went to another tourist stop where we ate a banana, samples of mango and tried a tiny cup of hot chocolate and they wanted us to look around and buy stuff again. And that was it.

Beautiful but highly disappointed! - When booking the excursion to the waterfalls, we had numerous options to pair this excursion with a 2nd one. We chose to do the shorter and single excursion of the waterfalls. Unbeknownst to us, we had people on the same tour van from 2 different cruise ships with different departure times. 8 of 14 had chosen just the falls experience. The other 6 choose zip lining followed be the falls. After making the long hike to the falls, where hundreds, possibly thousands of people were also going through, we were asked by our guide to move to a deck on the side as we were waiting for the group that hiked further to the zip lining course. We were all surprised and thought maybe the zip lining excursion was short. After about 15 minutes someone asked him how long we would be waiting. He looked up the hill to the last zip lining platform and said our group was right there. About an hour later, they finally arrived and we could start the falls tour. After the falls, we were scheduled to have lunch and stop for sight-seeing and shopping in town. By the time we had all finished the falls, the group from one of the cruise ships was worried about getting back on time. They were even planning on taking a cab if we were eating lunch at the buffet at the falls. Since our cruise was leaving later we ate lunch. The guide seemed to be a little anxious for us to be done eating. I was the last one in line and to eat so I was just finishing. When we go back to the bus, the other group was waiting for us. They had skipped lunch and were going to take a taxi back. They found out either taxis didn’t service the area, or the tour guide would not allow them to return separately from the tour. When I saw them and heard this, I said if I had known, I would have skipped lunch and immediately hopped on the bus. As we got closer to the late group’s cruise ship, the guide was planning to drop off the rest of us on the side of the road, then pick us up and finish the excursion. By this time, not only were my wife and I upset (as the tour had already gone 2 hours longer than expected) the rest of the group to be picked back up must have felt the same, since we all asked to be dropped off by our ship.
