Third time using this group! - Our group did the 7 waterfalls at Damajagua then did the dune buggies. This is our 3rd time using this tour group! Would highly recommend them! The paparazzi’s that was with our group made the experience even better! We was a group of nine which consisted of five adults and four children and everyone had a great time!

Absolutely thrilling experience — must do! - From the moment we arrived, the guides were upbeat, professional, and safety-focused. After a quick rundown on how to handle the buggies, we were off-roading in no time—zooming through muddy trails, splashing through puddles, and flying past all sorts of local culture. Prepare to get seriously muddy, and that’s half the fun! Kids and adults had a blast! Make sure to bring a neck gaiter and an extra set of clothes. They take you to a beach to rinse off in the ocean then there are out door showers to rinse off again before changing!

Super fun activity for the family! - Super fun excursion! The scenery was incredible on the way. Our driver was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was a great day for me and my family. I call POP Dominican Travel for all my excursions, including my transportation to and from the airport. Their drivers are safe, friendly and dependable.

Another Great Tour! - Rigo Tour Company never disappoints! Every time I book with them, I know I’m in for a great time. Rigo is always so so friendly and make the tours feel personal and fun, while still being informative. I always learn something new and leave with great memories. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and easygoing tour experience. Will definitely be booking again whenever I’m back in Amber Cove.

Rigo Tours is the absolute BEST! - We had a great time in Puerto Plata with Rigo. Rigo is very friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning the history of Puerto Plata and spending time touring the city. The highlights of our tour was the rum factory, cigar factory and dune buggy riding. Rigo took very good care of my family and friends. He made sure we was back to the port on time!

Great tour! Highly recommended - Rigo was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing, he was on time and provided refreshments for us. It was myself, my husband and our two young children. He took us to the monkey sanctuary, to see pink street , the umbrellas and finally mud buggies. The price was fair, the ride was clean , he is a good driver. And he gave us so much history of the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 , it was our first time there and we spent our entire day with Rigo and it was the best stop to ANY cruise port ever. I can’t wait to use Rigo’s services on our next trip to the DR!

Best boogie tour - We loved this tour. William was so attentive and helpful with everything. The beach we went to Bergantín was beautiful and the food really good. Bring cash because at the beach they don’t accept card payments for the food and drinks. We had some freshly caught fish and some fresh coconut water, they open it right there in front of you. The whole experience was really nice. We highly recommend this tour.

Best experience we have ever had with a tour company! - Amazing company!!! From the start Rigo was extremely helpful and making sure we got the exact tour we wanted. When we arrived in Amber cove our tour guide Augustine was there waiting for us in a new clean van and made us feel very comfortable. Our first stop was the monkey jungle, it was the most amazing experience I've ever had! Then we went on to the buggies they were so much fun!! I can't recommend this company enough! I've never had such a great experience with a company and we have been on alot of cruises. Every person we came in contact with during our tour were so great, they were all so helpful and friendly. We felt very safe the entire tour. I can't wait to come back and we will definitely be using Rigo again!

Book with Rigo! You won't regret it!! - I contacted Rigo through Facebook messenger and he responded almost immediately. We chatted back and forth and customized a tour just for my family. I told him the things we were interested in, and he made some suggestions and just like that we had a tour planned. The day we arrived at Amber Cove; he sent me a message saying he was there waiting for us to disembark. As we made our way to the meeting spot, you could see this very tall man in a bright green shirt standing there smiling. We knew it had to be Rigo. He had our large tour van ready with the air conditioner blasting and a cooler full of bottled water. We loaded up our party of 10 and off we went. City tour, rum tasting, chocolate factory, shopping, baseball fields, lunch, and last the buggy ride. Rigo knew all the perfect spots. He also has some pretty cool tricks for taking pictures. By the end of the day, I felt like Rigo was part of my family. When we return to the DR, Rigo will be the only tour guide we will be using!

Great time in Purrto Plata - Rigo was amazing !!! He was waiting for us as soon as we got off.He was very friendly and courteous.very knowledgeable about his home town.He took us to different beautiful places to see. We asked to take us to a good restaurant where we can eat Dominican food and boy did he delivered. It was amazing !! Highly recommend booking with him!
