Great - Fantastic opportunity to see one the seven natural wonders on the world! It was busy but organised.
The cave trip was not as long as I thought it would be, as the boat only travels up 1 1/2km due to air quality

A trip to remember - I wish I have more to time to explore this fascinating cave. I highly recommend it. Our tour guide (Bryan/ Eliazar) was spot on and really helpful.Missed the other zipline though. Its fascinating and magical while we traverse this ancient cave.

Very nice trip - Very well organized, great communication from driver and guide, perfect timing. There are waiting times, of course, but thanks to the good organization these are comparatively easy to bear or can be used well.

A must do tour from Puerto Princesa - My husband and I participated in this fantastic tour to the Underground River under the guidance of Jerico. He shared very valuable insights about the sites we visited, which also included the mangrove boat tour.
The experience was very unique and awe-inspiring, and we highly recommend it. Just be mindful of the fact that it is a 2-hour drive from Puerto Princesa to the underground River site in a small van and it's a windy road the last hour of the trip.
We had also booked the optional massage package on this tour, which took place at the W Spa in Puerto Princesa, close to our hotel. The massage experience exceeded our expectations, as we were allowed 2 hours in the spa, enjoying the saunas before a fantastic 1-hour massage.

Fantastic tour - Fantastic and unique eco experience, the caves are impressive and interesting. It gives you a fuller appreciation of local environments and conservation. Always felt safe and looked after. The tour operators were timely and friendly with clear instructions and advice for the day. Added on the zip line experience on the day and was a lot of fun, definitely recommend. We saw turtles, monkeys, bats and monitor lizards. Be sure to bring small bills for drinks and if you don’t opt for the mangrove tour or zip line, bring something to do for a couple of hours while you wait for everyone else, maybe swimwear.

Everything fit - It was impressive. The organization also fit. The food was great despite the amount of visitors.
We still attached the mangrove tour. That was very interesting, too. Gladly again

A good day out, well organised with minimal waiting time. Well done to V for looking after us and being a good guide for - Nice day out, caves were very impressive sight, worth a visit. Bus journey a little cramped and a bit bumpy from time to time but was OK for the 90 minute journey either way.

Spectacular - It is a great attraction worth visiting, be sure to see this world heritage in person !!!! Very spectacular! Although only open for a short 2 km, but everything is very worth it. You can see how powerful nature is 👍

Don’t make empty promises. - Nothing went very smoothly; from the pick up to getting us back to the ship.
Please instruct your guides to be factual and not say what they think we want to hear especially regarding wait/ travel times.
I’m sure our guide did the best she could but telling us what she thought we wanted to hear as opposed to the truth was very anxiety producing. EVERYONE in the group was
She remained cheerful and upbeat but didn’t seem a good or effective advocate for us.
Our wait time at the river was over 90minutes and we arrived back at our ship with less than 20 minutes to spare.

The Waiting Trip. Bad Organisation! Bad Driver! Leave it to nature! - It was the badest trip we‘ve ever made.
The cave is amazing, yes.
But it is more like an amusement park, they take pictures of you like after a rollercoaster.
The Guide told us there are only allowed to visit 1200 people a day. I thought the reason for that is to try to keep the place not to crowded and take care of all the animals in the cave. Well, the only reason for the maximum capacity is that there will not fit in more people a day. There is one boat after the other entering the cave. You wait in line like at a rollercoaster but without the line. It was really random.
And also I strongly believe that all the tourists are totally not good for the Environment there. There are a lot of apes and most of the tourists found it funny when an ape stole a plastic bottle and tried to bite it. Please do not take any food there if you go there, I also believe nobody should visit that spot and leave it to nature. It was a mistake by us and we would‘t go there again.
They pickus you up at your hotel, but if you are unlucky you drive one houre thru the whole city to pick up the other guests. Our pick up time was 6:30am and we arrived at 10:30am. The whole trip was waiting and driving. 45min at the cave, thats it. You can do the Zipline there and the mangrove tour but this is only excisting to shorten the waiting time there. Our tour guide never gave us clear Informations. After Lunch she sent us back to the waiting point, again, and then she was gone… at the end we found out, one guy of our group booked the zipline, so all the other people has to wait. And nobody knows for how long or why. Bad organsation and bad communication! Do not book this trip! It is a waste of time! The end of the trip was at 5:30pm.
In total we drove 6 hours, 3 hours waiting and 1 hour the actual cave.
P.s. The Driver was really bad and dangerous, sometimes it felt like a 50/50 if we hit another car or not even for Philippine relations.
The Lunch was a bad all you can eat bufet.
