What a day! - What a day! We left our hotel at 8:30 and got back at 9:45. We packed so much into that day. Raphael was great! We had a second driver for the Bio Bay (can't recall his name) but at the end of the night dropped my daughter and I off closer to our hotel so we didn't have to walk our 20 minutes back to hotel.

Great Puerto Rico Tour! - Loved this tour to El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, and the bio bay! The rainforest hike was super chill and perfect for beginners. So many great food options at the Luquillo kiosks—come hungry! The bio bay was amazing to see, but bring lots of bug spray—the mosquitoes were intense. Overall, an awesome experience!

What an awesome day! - There were so many companies offering tours of the Rain Forest and Bio Bay, we really combed through the details trying to decide which to choose. Ultimately we decided that spending 2hrs at a river in the rain forest was not where we wanted to devote our time so we chose this one and boy were we glad. We had such a great time in the morning with Angel who was hilarious and an awesome guide. We did go to a river, and had 25 min to swim or rock hop and take photos which was the perfect amount of time. We then spent several hours at the beach, got drinks and fun food at our choice of 60 restaurants. In the evening we kayaked out through the Mangroves to the bio bay and saw the luminescence in the water as we splashed it. Kayaking at night in the dark under the stars was something our whole family will remember. You will enjoy this!

Highly recommend - It was well worth the time and money and was super fun. You get to go to an observation tower, waterfall, and nature walk with swimming in the river if weather permits. 4 hours on the beach with little shops and food. And the night kayaking was magical. You can see the glow better during warmer months of the year. Got back at 9 P.M. which was 2 hours later than advertised so be ready for a full day.

Terrible experience the Yunque and 6 hours at Luquillo. Kayaking was amazing. - My experience with the El Yunque tour was disappointing overall. The visit to the rainforest was extremely short and simple—nothing like the pictures or descriptions shown in the promotion. Then the driver dropped us off at Luquillo Beach at 12:20 p.m. without any explanation and simply left us there. We were not informed that we would have to cover extra costs to rent a beach chair and umbrella, which was an unexpected expense. To make things worse, the driver came back 59 minutes late to pick us up, and we had to wait another 15 minutes for all the other passengers to arrive. Almost 6 Hours at the beach was terrible experience. The kayaking activity was the only part of the tour that was truly amazing. As for the “snacks included” in the package, they were just a small bag of Lays chips—which is unacceptable considering the price we paid for the tour. In summary, the service did not match what was advertised. There was very poor communication, disorganization, hidden costs, and an overall lack of professionalism. Only the kayaking experience met expectations. I would not recommend this tour in its form.

Very bad experience and logistics - We started with the fact that they never communicated in advance to give instructions. I had to call repeatedly until I could arrange the tour. When the big day arrived, in my application I made it clear that I wanted a tour. In Spanish it turned out that it was not like that, in the anvil which is the most important part of the tour they do them to leave The pace was very fast and the time to enjoy it took a maximum of 20 minutes, it took more time to get there than to enjoy it. We didn't go to any waterfalls. And everything was too fast for us to then They take you to a place where they leave you for 5 hours, which is Luquillo, it is an unattractive beach with most of the sites closed. And without the possibility of being able to do something else. This was fatal, the truth is that it was 5 hours lost where it could be distributed much better on the anvil and give it the value it needs, not that fatal service. And finally they took us to the bio kayaks and it turned out that it is not the season, just to appreciate how impressive it must be in summer. The rest of the time you can hardly appreciate anything. In short, it was a very bad tour with terrible service and a negative experience of so many things that the island has to offer. I do not recommend anything, neither the bde tourism company nor the tour t They must remember that customers are important and that is what is paid for in order to experience the greatest satisfaction of the journey.

Trash - None… spent lots of time in the vehicle. Would no recommend. The guide was great. The wait between the bio bay kayak was way too long.
