Here, you can admire the scenery, swim, and immerse yourself in nature. Along the path, discover the diverse ecosystem of the rainforest, touch bamboo, unique flora, guava trees, and 300-year-old trees. After a further 15-minute hike, slightly rocky, you’ll find another watering hole with natural waterfalls.
NOTE: Saturday tours follow a different route and require participants to be in good physical condition. This path is ideal for those who are fit and ready for a steeper and muddier adventure. If this isn’t suitable, consider booking on any other day of the week.

Book Immediately!! - Amazing!!! Book immediately. Great guide, you get there earlier than everyone else to enjoy the scenery. Overall a phenomenal experience.

Excellent adventure - We had a great time! Eliu and Alex were wonderful guides who gave a lot of interesting information about the rainforest. They were very helpful while navigating the slippery terrain. My 7 year old son had a blast!

Great time in El Yunque! - We (6 adults) had a great time on this tour . We were picked up at our condo in Isla Verde and it was about a hour drive to El Yunque in a 12 passenger van. The was a hike to get to the river/ waterside that wasn’t too bad but the walk to get to the water slide was a rocky and slippery climb. Wear water or athletic shoes with good traction and a you need at least a moderate level of fitness. Water slide was fun and fast and then we did some rope swinging/ jumping into the river and swimming before heading back. Be aware no bathrooms are available until you are ready to go back -I’m pretty sure everyone used the river. Also bring water and if you want to have snacks in the van bring those as well. Our guide was wonderful.

Fun, but adventurous! - This experience was fun, but a little more adventurous than I expected. The "hike" was more of a rock climbing adventure. The rocks are very slippery and tough to climb. Our guide Alex was good, friendly, and knowledgeable, but it would be better to have 2 guides to ensure the safety of the group. (One person to lead the way, and another at the back of the pack.) I recommend this adventure only if you have good balance, are in good physical shape, and know how to swim.

A must if you are visiting San Juan - Only our 2nd time scuba diving and our instructor David was fantastic. He made the experience perfect and swimming near sea turtles was incredible

We had a great time. - Wear sneakers with good traction, bring one cell phone for your group is all you need, our tour guide took great pictures and videos of us doing everything. bring some water to drink and clothes you don’t mind getting wet.

Stellar waking tour & exhilarating water fun in the El Yunque National Forest. - Eliu was our guide on this fantastic excursion! He is an all around great guy who provided us with fabulous insights about the El Yunque National Forest & then did an amazing job as he helped lead us safely through a myriad of water challenges that were both exhilarating and a little scary (just because it was something we had never experienced before, not because it was dangerous). Prepare to get wet - but it’s worth it! Thank you again for the spectacular experience, we loved it!

No Show Never Picked up from Hotel! Don’t do it. - No show. Wasted my tour day. Never responded. I contacted Vistor twice during waiting two hours. They didn’t respond to Viator either. 10:30 am waiting. - it is too late to book another tour for this afternoon. What a waste of day

Do not use this company - The tour company, Casa Venturas, never showed up to pick us up from our hotel. They texted us the night before to confirm the time. When I responded, they never wrote back. I texted again that morning, and Casa Venturas never responded. We contacted Viator via the chat and were able to correspond with someone who works at Viator. We also texted someone who works at Viator, who was able to get ahold of the company. Supposedly there was a severe waterfall issue and a road closure. We never heard from Casa Venturas at all. Viator gave us a full refund. We ended up renting a car and driving to the El Yunque rainforest ourselves. We were able to drive all around the rainforest, see waterfalls, do hikes, and enjoy our day. We are very disappointed that we still have never heard from Casa Venturas. No apology, no messages at all.

Our tour guide did not... - Our tour guide did not pick us up. When attempts were made to contact them via text and phone call they did not answer. Additionally, we waited over an hour to be picked up they didn't even add us to the pick up schedule even though wjen we booked we had provided our pick up location. Communication was poor. Still waiting to hear back from them regarding our refund. Very disappointed as we were evicted to go to the rainforest before we left Puerto Rico.
