Must Do Excursion - The hike is perfect. Not too strenuous and Pedro took his time to ensure we were all OK. The age rage was from college students to grandparents and we were all cared for and checked in with by Pedro. Juan was an aazong driver. The streets are skinny and being an anxious person, I never felt concerned or worried.

Rainforest Adventure! - Excellent sampler for the rainforest. Short hike that I would rate as moderate. If you have any mobility issues, this tour is not for you. They picked everyone up in a large van at our hotels. So much to see in the 5 plus hour adventure! We stopped at a cool roadside restaurant for lunch and souvenirs. Highly recommend! Oh and a fun guide!

Wonderful experience seeing the rain forest. - This experience seeing El Yunque was perfect. Our guide, Isaac, Spoke excellent English and knew so much about Puerto Rico and about the shared a lot of information about the rain forest. Isaac seemed to keep us ahead of the crowds and as a consequence we really enjoyed everything about this visit to the rain forest. We had a nice hike though not too long to tire us out. He pointed out all kinds of wildlife and we were able to visit Coca Falls, Yokahu Tower for some great views and a pleasant waterhole which we had mostly to ourselves. A nice bonus was a stop for some local food which was excellent and he had us back on time. This was a great experience and comes highly recommended.

Rain Forest Visit - Short hike and the guide is very talkative and knowledgeable. Loved the tower, wayerfall and swimming hole.

Lightweight - Our driver and tour guide did their best to keep us entertained, but the tour stops were not partcularly memorable, and I would have rather we had headed back to San Juam than eat the lunch we had to pay extra for.

Don’t trust the pictures - 2 mile hike. Half up mountain. Can’t “‘swim” In waterfall. No natural waterslides just rocks. No rope swing

Not 3 hours, took our entire day and was a waste! - Very disappointed with this tour. We chose this because we wanted to see the rainforest but didn’t have a full day to devote to the tour. The description said 3 to 5 hours, but the details in the itinerary said 3 hours (1 at the rainforest and 2 for transport and food). We were picked up at 8:20am and didn’t arrive back until 2:30pm. The tour guide was very negative on the trip there making sarcastic comments and wouldn’t speak loudly enough for the whole group to hear. When we arrived at the rainforest our tour guide put our group with a different and tour company which was good because that tour guide was very knowledgeable. The hike itself was nothing special, and after we left the hike we were taken to waterfalls for about 25 mins then to a tower to climb to see the view which was okay. We then went to lunch which took way too long, there was a very long line, and the staff is not equipped to handle large groups, and by the time we got to pay they ran out of the special that we had ordered. We did have mafongo which was very good. We expected to be going home after lunch, but then they took us to see a river for 25 minutes which was a waste. We only chose this tour because it was the shortest one we could find and we had one day left with other plans for the rest of the day but this took our entire day and was not worth it at all. Had I known this would take the full day I would’ve booked a better tour where we would’ve gotten to do more at the rainforest and also got to go to the beach. It really felt like the tour guide was just trying to fill the hours taking us to different places while he relaxed and closed his eyes and we just wandered around waiting to get back on the van.
