El Yunque Tour - Frankie really made this tour memorable. He brought a great energy to the tour and had lots of interesting information throughout the whole tour. The tour was low impact and not very intense, but was still full of breathtaking views and memorable landmarks

Visit to El Yunque - What an amazing tour of El Yunque this was with Frankie from Bespoke Lifestyle Management. He took us on an incredible tour of the Rainforest and took us to all the important stops. He was so full of knowledge and shared with us the history of the island and more importantly the history of El Yunque and how it came to be a National Forest. He was very friendly and personable and when we asked questions he was quick to answer. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely go with him next time! When you want to visit the Rainforest, choose Frankie. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed! He’s the very best!

Relaxing Tour - I was in PR for the Bad Bunny concert. Friday night was my concert and I took this tour in the morning. It was the best decision ever! I got exactly what I wanted, a super easy half of day in El Yunque. Frankie, was super energetic and funny throughout the tour. He knows so much about the culture in PR. I learned a lot from him. The driving scene from San Juan was awesome! I had the passenger seat since I was solo. I must’ve walked for a few hours visiting the main center, then off for a small easy trail, then saw some waterfalls. Unfortunately, since there’s construction in the area you can’t stop to take pics. Afterwards we went to a tower, can’t remember the name, but it had an amazing view. Finally we ended near a river section where it was perfect to relax and feel the water. While I didn’t get in the water some people in my group did and the weather was beautiful. As a solo traveler who just wanted an easy day I would highly recommend this tour. I also hope you get Frankie, he was the best of the best!

El Yunque Experienced for the Mobility-Challenged - Of all the choices for visiting the rain forest, this was probably the best geared to the needs of our group of older patrons...some with mobility issues. We certainly got more out of the experience than we would have had we visited El Yonque on our own.

Great low impact tour - Frankie gave us more than we expected. He was fun and energetic, making sure we enjoyed the tour. This low impact tour is good to show you what PR has to offer and is perfect for a short visit, as it allows you a chance to do something else later in the day.

Great rainforest visit with excellent guide - We truly enjoyed our tour with Francisco of El Yunque rainforest. It was a comfortable tour and van. We were out exploring places we might visit with a personal and very informative guide which was great and he took us to important places to see and gave us local insight. I would not be able to enjoy the rainforest without him and this tour, thank you!

Not terrible, but not that great. Basic tour with no hiking. Tower, visitor center, & river in El Yunque, pastry shop. - Booked this trip last minute when we found ourselves in San Juan for a day. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He picked us up at 8:05 at our hotel in a van that had seen better days, then made two more stops to pick up the remaining 9 passengers. The drive up to the tower in El Yunque took about an hour. One short stop on the way to take pictures through the windows (due to construction in the area) of a waterfall. The winding road made a couple of folks in the van feel car sick, so if you are prone to that, be prepared. The view from the tower was spectacular. Maybe not $115 per person spectacular, but really nice. Next stop was the visitor center. Our guide did a nice job talking about the local flora and fauna, gave us about 20 minutes to explore the facility and gift shop, then led the group down a paved path for about 1/4 mile, talking along the way. After the visitor center, we drove about 5 minutes to a river that the locals use as a swimming spot. It’s a rocky riverbed, so bring water shoes if you want to get your feet wet. I guess about 15 minutes of swimming would be possible here if you really wanted to. Everyone just got their feet wet, took a couple of pictures, and then we left. Last stop was a local bakery with pastries. Some of our group were upset that we weren’t going to get back by 1:00 pm, so those of us who bought food were forced to rush through our snacks. The people who were in a hurry were dropped off first. We made it back to our hotel at around 1:45. Overall, I wouldn’t do this trip again. We are world travelers and have seen better value for money, in terms of equipment and things to see and do. Our guide was the best part.

Cancelled 😠 Trip - It was canceled with very little warning ⚠️ and the refund because of that took 3 to 5 days to be credited to my account.

Disappointed - Sat in back of small van. Back still hurts from all the bumps and pot holes. Couldn’t hear the driver. Should have rented a car. Viewed everything from tinted window in back seat. Best tour I never saw. Very disappointed.
