Thrilling Adventure and Top-Notch Hospitality! - We did the full experience at Canopy River—ziplining, the RZR ride over the Jorullo Bridge, and the mule ride up the mountain—and it was an absolute blast from start to finish. The zipline course was thrilling with incredible views, and riding an RZR across the longest suspension bridge in Latin America was such a rush! The mule ride added a fun, unexpected twist to the adventure.
Our guides were friendly, fun, and made the whole day even better. They even snapped great photos throughout the day, which you can purchase afterward.
But what really stood out was their kindness at the end of the tour. My kids were melting down from the long day, and the staff arranged a special ride back to our hotel in downtown Puerto Vallarta instead of making us wait for the group shuttle. That level of service made a huge difference, and I was so grateful.
Highly recommend Canopy River for families, thrill seekers, and anyone who wants an unforgettable day in Puerto Vallarta. Five stars!

Really fun and super good when comes to family - AMAZING VIEWS rainforest views are amazing and the waterfall .Additionally you pass my a bridge and it has the most amazing view. And on the zip line every trip is a amazing view

Absolutely Amazing Excursion! - Absolutely amazing!!! We've been zip lining before but this was the best!!! We did the Razor vs Atv because we had 4 people in our family. We ziplined first and the views were spectacular!! Wish I would have brought a go pro camera or something because the pictures don't do it justice.

Fun with exceptional views! The ATV and zip line tours were lots of fun and the views are exceptional! - The views of the mountains, rivers, and forest are a must if you are visiting PV. Our guides (Fernando, Valeria, Freddy) were friendly, fun, and safe. Our lunch was great and the ice cold beers on a hot day were refreshing. The staff also took photos to help us capture the experience. The staff are friendly, prices are fair, and the views are out of this world!

ATV rides that stopped for a swim at a waterfall, the long bridge views were awesome. Then we went on so many zip lines - Our tour was well above expectations. Diego was our favorite for the zip lining and his whole group for our tour were awesome. We felt safe and laughed a lot. Our ATV guides were also wonderful and we had so much fun!

Life changing and most fun you can have, worth every dollar - The ATV ride was an absolute blast, I was at the very back, dry season very dusty. Still loved the ride, haven’t been on an ATV in a few years. My main goal was to start facing my fear of heights, I’m 60 a combat veteran with PTSD, I drove across the largest suspension bridge in the world! Then it was a nice stop at a beautiful waterfall and swimming hole. Then off to the 11 zip lines. When I tell you, the guides are exceptional, it’s not an act, they truly care about your experience. Kevin let me cross the bridge after the others had gone and he rode his ATV in front of me and encouraged me the whole way. Best experience of my life, I’m going to do it again when I come back. You won’t regret it, do it all! Thank you to the amazing crew and awesome guests I had the pleasure of meeting.

Amazing experience - This was hands down the best experience possible! The workers here are absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable that it makes you feel more safe when doing the activities. Me and my significant other went and we loved the entire experience, everyone who works there is extremely nice and personable. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to everyone who visits Puerto Vallarta, 10/10 all across the board.

Absolute Blast! - Came here with some friends for the day. Had an absolute blast. All of the staff were very fun to be around. Overall had a great experience. Shoutout to Freddy, Omar, Mario, Fernando, Ivan and Daniel! Hopefully I got all your names correct, thank you all for making our experience one to remember :) cheers from Alberta , Canada.

super fun zipline and ATV! Would go again! - We had a BLAST at canopy river! We reported to the office near our hotel in the morning and they provided transportation from there. The staff was friendly. Once we arrived, we received our safety briefing and then we were off! The guides were amazing and hilarious. they made us feel safe and at ease. There were 11 ziplines with some hiking in between so they had some (filtered) water stations. We rode a mule back up and went to the ATVs. The entire operation was smooth, fun and 10/10 would recommend!

Would've, could've, should've..... - The area was beautiful and zipline was a blast. Only problem was one of the staff assisting with ATV's kept being rude and sexually harassing my girlfriend. I asked him not be disrespectful to her which only made him do it more. It was really uncomfortable and he kept making sexual comments about all the women during the swimming portion. Would have been a 5/5 but he made the whole excursion so uncomfortable that 2/5 is all I can give it.
