10/10 would recommend - Mario and Javier were incredible! Javier started our tour in the ATVs, he was helpful, explained how to drive them since it was my first time, very easy to drive! Once we were done with the atvs Mario did the the Tequila tasting and he did a phenomenal job! Definitely sold us on the Extra Anejo. Overall great experience!

Pure Fun & Relaxation on the Trails! - Had an awesome ATV ride at Canopy River! My guide was great — all gas, no brakes 😉. Loved crossing Jorullo Bridge, stopping by the river, and chilling at a local bar. Super fun and relajante. Can’t wait to go back!

Bridge and Water with a few Twists - Pros: Easy pick up in town and transfer in open-air truck (benches with shaded roof but open sides) transfer up the mountain to the park. Bathrooms, bar and dining on site (for additional fee). Well organized and helpful staff (multiple tours were directed to correct locations- horse vs atv vs zipline etc). Updated RZRs (two in our group) were easy to drive and comfortable. The ride through the mountain, over the river, over the bridge, and to the waterfall was pretty. The waterfall was not really a waterfall, but instead little pond with some rocks that people jumped off of. There were fish to see, and the cool temp was a blessing in the hot temp of the day. The crossing of the suspension bridge was short (felt hurried by staff to cross) but a beautiful sight to see! We crossed two times and on the second crossing, as soon as we came around the corner, we were back in the parking lot. Cons: Long ride up to the actual park area. Would have preferred longer riding time vs bus time. Goggles were broken which didn't help keep face covered/eyes without getting dirt in them). The reservation confirmation stated no hiking so any shoe would be acceptable. Instead, in order to get to the water, we had to hike down steep rock stairs (flip flops and sandals were slippery) and then back up the mountain after getting wet and tired. It was unexpected and not easy for those with mobility issues. A lot of waiting around time. Mandatory stop at their bar after the waterfall, an hour plus at their restaurant, and then waiting for assigned buses to return back to original pickup locations. Would have preferred more riding time and less waiting around time. Overall, this is a fun excursion for those who love off-roading and water activities but do expect to be waiting around more than riding. The views and scenery are gorgeous, and the staff are fun.

Above and beyond - Our family took this tour as part of a shore excursion with a cruise. The UTVs were so fun to ride in and the drivers' experience was thrilling. The vehicles were a bit clunky, for example putting them into gear takes a lot of force - quality vehicles (Polaris & Honda) though. The swimming/jumping at the waterfall was awesome, but make sure you bring your suit or wear it under your clothes (not a whole lotta time to change). Note - things will get dusty/muddy!! Food & drinks were yummy, especially the Pina colada in a coconut & the Shirley Temples (with extra cherries). Keep watch for the coati, cute but we were told to keep our distance - they are related to badgers! Luisito went above and beyond by returning our ship towels that we left behind. Thank you!! Our cruise charges for towels 🫤.

Great visit just dusty - This was a fantastic experience with Johnny and Adolfo. They were fantastic guides and very informative. The trails were amazing, beautiful scenery, great service. The only drawback was that we went to during a time when it was really dusty. They did supply us with the appropriate gear to keep us from having to inhale all of the dust. However, the temperature of the weather was perfect. I definitely recommend this for adults as well as family.

A bucket list item! - Our tour guide Alex and his team did an amazing job. We had an absolute blast on the ATVs. Trails were safe and fun. The views were amazing. A photographer on site to capture the moments. The restaurant was amazing. Our server made fresh guacamole at the table. We also did Tequila tasting before taking the shuttle back to the cruise ship. Would like to get more information on the accommodations to book again without the cruise. Lots to do at the resort. Felt completely safe.

Fun, swimming, and adventurous! - We had a great time at Canopy River Park riding ATVs! The trail was exciting, and I especially loved crossing the bridge and swimming in the waterfall—such a cool experience. The only downside was that the ATVs were pretty basic compared to ones I’ve used in Cabo, which had better seating, seatbelts, and a roof. Still, overall, it was a really fun adventure!

Don't waste your money! - This excursion was the worst I have ever taken in my life. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed they had to take us on the ride. You couldn't see anything because the entire ride was over a dirt road where you drove through a cloud of dust the entire time. We went to a waterfall where we only stayed for 15 minutes and then the guide told us it was time to go to a bar. We went to the bar on the side of the road which was fine but they expected a tip for handing us a can of beer. Before the ride began, we informed the staff the time we had to be back on the ship which was 4:30 pm. The excursion ended at 3:00 pm at which time we asked to be taken back to the ship. The staff refused stating they would take us back at 3:30 pm and ensured we would get back to the ship in time. We got on the bus at 3:30 pm and informed the driver of when the ship was leaving. The driver raced down narrow, bumpy roads, at a very high rate of speed to get us back in time. He pulled over during the drive back to have us sit right behind him to allow him to go even faster because we had sat in the back of the bus where it was extremely bumpy. We finally arrive at the port at 4:10 pm. By the time we got through security and on the ship was 4:22 pm. The only person who was nice and cared about us was the driver who took us back to the ship. I would not recommend this tour. Do not waste your money!
