Fun experience learning about and getting to make chocolate! - Had an absolute blast! Loved learning about the history of chocolate and being able to get hands on instruction with the chocolate making process. Our instructor was extremely knowledgeable and funny and helped make this a very fun and enjoyable experience. Loved that we got to make and take home our own chocolate and flavor it however we wanted. Highly recommend!

Great way to spend a few hours in PV - Great few hours spent learning about the cocoa bean and making Mexican chocolate candies. Our host was great and we learned a lot. My three kids (6/9/11) all really enjoyed themselves and could participate in all of the aspects of it. Would recommend.

Rod the philosopher and comedian is a fine performer and teacher - There were 3 couples in this class. Rod learned all of our names and created an amiable atmosphere with his mix of formal and silly styles. He put everyone at ease and kept us all engaged and entertained. He had jokes, songs and historical facts. The history of chocolate is pretty interesting already but Rod made it fun, too.

Hot chocolate was not with doing - We went early to check to see if we could do the event earlier and found out we could not . However , we went upstairs where the classes take place and found an intolerable level of heat . It was 94 degrees outside with 90% humidity. As we walked through the two floors of candy tables I found myself dripping with sweat . I noticed that there were air conditioners on each floor but they were not turned on . We then went back downstairs add asked the attendant why the a/c was not running and he said they were pensive to run . We said if there was no A/C we could not sit for two hours in that heat . He made no comment . In the end , even though we paid for four of us , we all agreed we could not do the activity in that kind of heat . We did not go back
