Zipline & Bridge - Awesome experience zip lining through the jungle. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Jorullo bridge was the scariest part for me but was still fun!

Adventure # 1 - I went with my son here as part of his 30th birthday weekend. We really had a blast. The upgraded double lines and pulley system was cool and I felt very safe. There was a little girl and an older couple in our group that went on the zips with ease. There is some trail hiking involved to get from the end of one zip to the next so be ready for that. Overall, I’d do it again.

Really fun zipline tour... - Really fun zipline tour with great guides! There is some steep uphill hiking so def prepare for that. Also, there is a 242# weight limit that is not in the ad.

This was a fun few hours... - This was a fun few hours (maybe around 3.5 total). The zip lining was super fun. The team helping was amazing! They're very funny and hospitable guys! Note that there is a bit of hiking between each line. You're not rushed, but some parts are a little steep and I was sweaty and out of breath 😅 Incredible views and I felt very safe on the Zipline 😊 10/10

Great family fun, the 7 year old loved it - We did this zip line tour today with my wife and my seven-year-old. We all had a great time and the expedition was very well organized.. We enjoyed the restaurant and the pool at the end. The transportation was also adventurous and fun. Everything felt safe which, seeing my 7 year old out there was probably my primary concern. She had a great time. My only advice would be if you have a lighter kid just ask them to go with a guide. It might take five more minutes for them to get a guide there, but it’s worth the wait. My daughter is probably 65 pounds and she got stuck twice and we did about eight total. She was scared the first time, but they came and got her very quickly and the second time she wasn’t as scared, but it was not her favorite thing either. So if they are lightweight, just ask for a guide, the kids will have more fun, and everyone will feel more safe. I recommend this to everyone who is interested in zip lining. Some reviews talk about the hiking, yes sometimes there is a small walk, often uphill between the various lines, but really I would not even call it a hike, it’s a small trail and yes think about taking 35 steps up sometimes to get to the next starting point, it was not major.

Good fun - Travelled by open air bus to the jungle which was fun. I would have appreciated a couple of photo stops on the way. The instructors were very efficient and there was no waiting around. The zips were a lot of fun. We did 8 in total. What I would say is that the instructors didn’t tell you anything about the rides. No explanation that this one is the longest or this one is the fastest or this one is the highest. There is plaques for some that you could read. For ‘safety’ reasons you leave your belongings in a locked box - including phone. I would advise to take a bum-bag and keep your phone so you can take photos. We did buy the photos ($60 USD) at the end but another lady kept hers and discreetly took photos. I enjoyed walking over the suspension bridge! There’s a nice open air restaurant for drinks and food while you wait for your ride back into PV.

Mostly good - Mostly good but can definitely have better communication and service. Viator listed the minimum age as 5 and then when I arrived I had to find that on the website to show them because they said minimum age was 6. The zip lines were great! We had a wonderful time. Jerry and Polo were kind to my child and generally friendly. But they locked away our cameras so no one could take photos, even though I had a sturdy running belt. All so they can sell us the pictures of us zip lining for $20 a photo. It’s exorbitant beyond belief and pretty unfair. After the zip line you’re just left on your own with no idea where to go. My phone didn’t display the right time and no one told me about that potential problem due to lack of cell service? Not sure but it seemed like they had transportation going back at all different times. I just wasn’t offered those options. Someone told me there was a ride back at 1:20 or 2:20. I thought the time was an hour earlier than it was and ended up rushing. We wanted to go across the bridge but there was no one at the entrance to let us in. So I had to go looking for someone and it took forever. We didn’t have time to go across the bridge but did get to at least go on it.
