It’s a Must!! - This was one of the best adventures I’ve had! The staff were incredibly helpful, and our guides,Lancer, Rafa Rios, May, and Alex, made me feel safe and well taken care of the entire time. I even got stuck on the first line, but they reassured me and helped me through it,I knew I was in good hands. I would absolutely do this again when we come back to Puerto Vallarta. This is a MUST!!

Super fun!! The workers... - Super fun!! The workers were amazing, funny (if you understand Spanish) and trustworthy! You can tell they’re experienced and love their job! We were a party of 12 (bachelorette) and they made sure to get pictures of our group! If you’re not used to walking, the hike to the zip lines are going to be tough. But they do have water stations! The bridge walk is great if you don’t think about it too much and the swaying doesn’t get you dizzy! Great experience

Ziplining was super fun! ... - Ziplining was super fun! Certainly challenging for those that are scared of heights and must be able to hike upwards from platform to platform. Overall, great experience for my husband and I!!

Good fun - Travelled by open air bus to the jungle which was fun. I would have appreciated a couple of photo stops on the way. The instructors were very efficient and there was no waiting around. The zips were a lot of fun. We did 8 in total. What I would say is that the instructors didn’t tell you anything about the rides. No explanation that this one is the longest or this one is the fastest or this one is the highest. There is plaques for some that you could read. For ‘safety’ reasons you leave your belongings in a locked box - including phone. I would advise to take a bum-bag and keep your phone so you can take photos. We did buy the photos ($60 USD) at the end but another lady kept hers and discreetly took photos. I enjoyed walking over the suspension bridge! There’s a nice open air restaurant for drinks and food while you wait for your ride back into PV.

Totally unprofessional and just cruel. - By far the worst experience i have had in 15 years of travelling to Puerto Vallarta. Please do not believe the reviews. After riding the bus 45 minutes my daughter was humiliated in front of the entire group and refused service. No refund of hundreds I spent and we still had to wait to return to the hotel. They were unprofessional and rude and did nothing to help.
