Ocean Mania worth every penny!!! - We had an amazing time on the Ocean Mania excursion! We highly recommend it! The entire crew was fabulous! We felt very safe during all of the activities. A special shout out to Erik (guide), Miguel (el Diablo) (Thriller captain), Ricardo, and Carlos!!! The drinks were fabulous after all the fun activities. Highly recommend.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND - Erick was the best guide and Miguel was amazing driving the thriller boat! They were so funny and made sure that everyone was having a good time. Along with explaining what we were doing so everyone was ready to go. We did parasailing, swimming with sea lions, thriller boat, speed boat, ziplining, and more! I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone, it’s a must try when in puerto Vallarta!

Ocean Mania is an Absolutely Fantastic Adventure! - You need to add the Ocean Mania Water Park adventure to your list of things to experience while in Puerto Vallarta.
Our amazing hosts (Ricardo, Miguel, Carlos and Jesus) were simply fantastic to our family.
We had an absolutely incredible day on the water, in the water and above the water with all the different adventures provided.
The lunch provided by the Chef was delicious and the Terrace Bar drink service was incredible while enjoying the beautiful views of Banderas Bay.
It’s extremely hard to pick, but perhaps #1 for me was the Sea Lion encounter - Marina absolutely stole my heart! ❤️

Great Day! - This was a great family experience. It had something for everyone. Eddie was a wonderful guide and The captain of the thriller really made the trip! it was so much fun! Only negative is that they don't let you have your phone to take your own pictures. I would have even purchased a picture or 2 from the sea lion experience but it was an all or nothing thing for $180 I took nothing but would have loved to have a picture. I wish I could take my own phone at my own risk. Other than that it was a great day.

Well worth it!! - I did this trip with Erik and team and had my 9 year old in toe. This crew is fantastic, I was so impressed. They provided us a snack and bottle or water and a towel as well.
The lunch was fantastic and they were very accommodating to my picky child.
I echo the sentiment that it would’ve been nice to have a few mins after the sea lions to sunscreen again, however we were so busy having fun that was very minor. Also we did buy photos (Ricardo did wonderfully). If you can buy the package online in advance do so, they are not cheap but it was worth it to capture the memories of such an incredible day.
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Thank you again to Erik and team for making a wonderful day that we will never forget.

Ocean Mania was Amazing - Erik was our guide for Ocean Mania February 4. The whole crew that we had was amazing!!!! They made the whole excursion fun, we laughed a lot. They have the best personalities to for the job they have! They made it seem like they were part of our group instead of our guides/instructors/drivers/photographers. I would definitely go on another excursion with them! We had a blast! Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely go for it! Worth every dollar. - I can’t recommend this tour enough. We had SO much fun on the ocean mania tour. The meal included was delicious as well. The tour guides made it extra fun. Totally go!
The only thing is buy your photo package online before hand…it’s totally worth it. But buying it afterwards is crazy expensive. We still did it tho cuz the photos and videos were so so good

Wild, wet and wonderful! - My husband and I recently spent a fantastic day with Vallarta Adventures and chose the day long package, Ocean Mania. What a blast! From meeting an actual sea lion face-to-face (and getting a kiss from her) to an exhilarating boat ride on “The Thriller“, to tandem parasailing – that was just the morning! We were then transported via a speedboat to a private cove where more activities awaited: banana boat rides, zip lining into the ocean, the crazy “Spinner” (which my daredevil husband did, but I did not) to the surfing simulator – FlowRider, it was more than an action packed day. Oh yes, and we had a fabulous lunch (included) served on their ocean view Terrace. Throughout the entire day, staff were organized, super friendly, always conscious of safety and made sure we had the best day ever. If you are looking for water, fun, and adventure with an excellent company, I would highly recommend Ocean Mania with Vallarta Adventures. Worth every dollar (or peso)!

UNSAFE (also it’s not a water park) - We did the ocean mania day and I would not recommend to my worst enemy. It was disorganized and rushed at best. Additionally, two things happened that completely ruined our vacation -
1. On the thriller boat there is no safety protection. My friend was crushed on a turn and dislocated her rib. This could have easily been prevented by bolting hard foam between the seats to prevent people from sliding into one another. When she spoke up to the tour guide they just said “we’ll spin the other way now.” She was also seen by their medic who literally asked her if she thought she needed to go to the hospital (you’re the medic - shouldn’t you know?). He also told her it was just a muscle when you can literally see her rib protruding.
2. The first thing we did was a sea lion encounter. It was necessary for us to wash off our sunscreen, understandably, but they immediately rushed us to the next activity (thriller boat) then the next activity (parasailing), without allowing us to access our belongings or apply sunscreen. We were not allowed to wear a hat or a cover up throughout this time. This left us exposed in full sun for approximately two hours. As you can see in the photo, this resulted in second degree burns. Not pictured are the additional burns on my legs and stomach. It also extends up my arms.
We reached out to the company to let them know we were physically unable to do the next days excursion due to our injuries and they offered only an excursion credit for the future. I would never recommend this place due to their lack of safety standards and extreme lack of accountability.

We paid 120$ for a... - We paid 120$ for a photo/video package and never received them. The activities themself were fun, but don’t fall for the photo scam.
