Best cruise excursion - The hike was beautiful and fun. The ziplining was exciting! There were multiple water stops along the way. My 8 year year and 12 year old loved it. Then we ate at the restaurant and swam in the pool after. It was refreshing. Thanks for the amazing day and fun memories while we stopped off for our cruise!

Fantastic Family Adventure Day! - We did this yesterday and it was a fantastic day! Everyone was so amazing, we felt comfortable and safe the whole time (says a lot when you’re clipping in at such heights!) Highly recommend this tour and our guides: Lancer, Rios, Paul, Alex and Rafa! Our group ranged in age from 8-60 ish and we all had a blast. All the staff was so attentive and on top of every detail.

Zipline and Jorullo bridge - My wife , son and I had a wonderful time on this adventure ! Picked us up on time and took us to our destination , in the mountains of Puerto Vallarta . Our 3 instructors took us on a zipline / hike and walk across the incredible Jurullo bridge . Very exhilarating . Afterwards we had a tequila tasting and stopped for a delicious lunch . Everyone we met were so kind . We highly recommend this tour .

Fun, but... - Guides were great. Gear was good. Everything was very safe. My 9 year old and I had a good time. My only complaint was the insane prices charged for the photos. Like insane. 450 pesos for one photo or 1200 for all! It left me with a bad feeling as it was just gouging. It was already expensive just to go... The photos were more costly than the price of admission. I bet more people would purchase photos if they weren't so expensive. I would have loved to have a picture of my son but I couldn't justify shelling out that kind of money. There's this idea that all foreigners are rich and should be taken advantage of. It really takes away from the experience for me as I know I am looked at as a wallet and nothing more.

Totally unprofessional and just cruel. - My daughter and I were scheduled for ziplining today and were refused service. My daughter was made to step on a scale in front of the entire trip and then refused. I asked to leave and had to wait. The sales lady came out to point out that it was my fault for not reading the fine print and thus I didn't deserve a refund. At that point I could not have cared less about the money. I just wanted to get away from these people. This could have been handled privately and less embarrassing. They told me they can't offer refunds so I told them all I can do is write reviews.

Negligent Beware!!! - NEGLIGENT!! My husband and I, along with 2 of our grandkids, did the Zipline as a cruise excursion on March 18th. It was very busy that day, and the workers seemed very rushed. Everything was going well until I believe the 5th zipline, my husband was the last one to go, and he had no breaks, which is controlled by workers!! My husband came in full speed, hit his head and back on the platform, and his shin on the line. The worker stood there and did nothing! I ran over and helped unhook my husband and stand him up; he was very wobbly and had a pretty good gash on his shin. I had him sit back down for a minute. The worker still did nothing but say the rope got stuck and stare at us. What happened is they sent my husband too soon after me, and there was no time to prepare the brakes, so he came crashing in. After a couple of minutes with my grandkids looking at him with fear in their eyes, my husband said I'll be ok. We slowly continued uphill to finish off the ziplines, but before we knew the next person was zipping in!! We couldn't wait to get out of there! When we finally finished, I went to the worker who gave us the presentation and let him know what happened, as my husband went to the restroom to clean up the blood dripping down his leg. The workers reply, "Oh wow", what line was this at?? Does he need to see the Dr?? I said no, I just want your company to be aware that this accident occurred, and this could have easily become deadly. He said, 'Okay, we need to do a report.' He walked away, and that was it; no report was made. Even though my husband was pretty shaken up and by this time had head and back pain, he refused to see a Dr. in Mexico. I have never written a bad review before this, but I felt it was necessary in hopes of bringing awareness. This could have ended tragically, and remind people that Mexico has no OSHA. Shame on RIVER PARK for the way they handled this situation!
