The Petrohué waterfalls are situated 50 kilometers from Puerto Varas, within the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. They are renowned for their beautiful waterfalls surrounded by the lush Valdivian forest.
The waterfall cascades over a lava base originating from the Osorno volcano. The water flow significantly increases in winter due to rainfall and retains its emerald hue year-round, thanks to Lake Todos los Santos.
