- Lake Titicaca - At approximately 6:45 am, guests will be picked up from their accommodation in Puno and taken to the local harbor to board a small motorboat. The first stop is The Uros Floating Islands, where a small community has lived for decades on these reed islands. The Uros people have constructed floating platforms, reed houses, and canoes, creating their unique world.
The journey then continues to Taquile Island, situated in the heart of Lake Titicaca. Upon arrival at Taquile’s harbor, visitors will walk along a narrow path to the island’s center. Along the way, they will enjoy breathtaking views, including the Bolivian mountain range.
At the top, a local guide will provide insights into traditional life on Taquile. Afterwards, there will be free time to explore, and by noon, the group will reconvene for lunch at a local restaurant. Finally, the group will descend to the harbor to board the boat back to Puno, arriving around 5 pm.
