Once you book, your reservation is automatically confirmed. Upon arrival, you’ll find a driver holding a sign with your name and our company logo. Please contact us at the number on your ticket to let us know you’ve arrived. We monitor your flight and will wait for you, regardless of how long it takes, at no extra charge, as long as you contact us. If we don’t hear from you within an hour of your flight’s arrival, it will be considered a no-show. Be cautious of individuals at the airport offering other transportation services; they may falsely claim our driver isn’t there or has left. After collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the exit hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and our company logo.

A day before your departure, call the number on your ticket to confirm your pick-up time. We’ll schedule it so you arrive at the airport 2.5 hours before your flight. We’ll also ask for your room number to finalize the driver’s pick-up order. Your driver will be at the pick-up location 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time. A $10 fee will be charged for every 10 minutes past the confirmed pick-up time.
