Ensure your airport transportation to your hotel or back to the airport is seamless and confirmed upon booking. A professional, friendly driver will meet you with a sign bearing your name at the airport for arrivals and in the hotel’s lobby for departures. Upon arrival, please contact us via WhatsApp, using the free Wi-Fi available at the airport. Once you have your luggage and are ready to exit, contact us again so we can notify the driver, who will be parked three minutes away. The driver will then meet you in front of the cafeteria outside the airport’s exit. For Terminal A, the cafeteria is called “JetLag,” and for Terminal B, it is called “Refugio.” One day before your departure, contact us to confirm your pick-up time at the hotel’s lobby. We will schedule your pick-up three hours before your flight’s departure. Please also provide your room number to complete the driver’s pick-up order. Free Wi-Fi is available in most hotels, at the airport, and in many places in the area. Using WhatsApp will make it easier and free to stay in touch with our 24-hour customer service. This service offers various options for pick-up/drop-off, including one-way and round-trip transfers to hotels and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), Dominican Republic. All reservations must include:

1. Flight details, including airline, flight number, and expected arrival and departure times (we monitor all flights for delays or early arrivals/departures).

2. Passenger’s phone number.

3. Hotel name and room number for hotel pick-ups for all departures. Contact us via WhatsApp or local number a day before your departure to confirm your pick-up time.

4. We schedule your pick-up time so you will be at the airport 2.5 hours before your flight’s departure.

5. If you select the incorrect area for your hotel, you will receive an email asking you to call our 24-hour customer service number to amend the booking (24 hours or less before the travel date).
