Monumental negligence - We booked a catamaran snorkeling trip with them. My husband has a prosthetic leg however A. You wear life jackets on the excursion and B. We have never had an issue with him on water sports from all over America, the Caribbean, and Europe no one has ever ask or said anything. If he wears pants no one even knows! However when we booked through our resort we were told they were going to call and make sure it was okay. No big deal. They later texted us and said everything was in order. My husband would just have to sign a waiver of liability. Again no big deal just different. The day came and it was all down hill from there. First they were late picking us up. Then we arrive to be rushed and then told my husband could not go. I showed them the information and they said they did not know the number and even for my husband to even get on the boat not even snorkel a medical examiner needed to look at him and that snorkeling was completely out. We said no that’s not what we paid for and we needed a refund. I was given a slip to write what happened and I “might” get my money back. When we asked how we were supposed to get back since it was supposed to be a 3 hour excursion they said wait and we could have free soda. After an hour of sitting there we were crammed on a van with multiple other guests going to multiple different resorts and we were dropped off last like an after thought. Half a days vacation waisted in a smelly cattle truck of a van. Do not book with them because if something goes wrong they do not care if they make it right.
