Fun Adventure! - Really fun day. We saw 7 whales and the skipper motored the boat quite close so we had great views of the whales flipping their tails and coming above and below the surface. We saw lots of birds— pelicans, frigates, and blue footed boobies. The volcanic rock formations are beautiful. Snorkeling is so-so. Not a lot of diversity among the fish. Juan and Jorge were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely take this trip again.

Great tour and perfect day - Was lovely trip went snorkelling and actually touched a puffer fish! Toured around Los Arcos Saw hump backs jumping. Beautiful day.

Great experience! - My family and I had a great time on our private snorkeling excursion with Desiree as our very engaging guide. We opted not to go to the secret beach but still saw incredible rock formations, caves, blue-footed boobies, and abundant sea life while snorkeling (even whales in the distance). The water was calm and a pleasant temperature and everything felt very safe. Highly recommend!

Island get away - We had a fantastic day out at the islands! Our boat was so clean! The captain and our tour guide were both wonderful! Swimming into hidden beach one of our group members required help to make the trip and our guide was quick to swim in into the cave! It was such a unique and phenomenal place! Snorkeling was simply amazing. The schools of fish were vibrant colors and beautiful! It was a wonderful trip and I would truly recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous guides and wonderful excursion - Marietes Islands are definitely worth the time. Sharks’ staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure we saw the best spots, took many pictures for us, and looked for the best fish ahead of us during snorkeling. They even asked if we wanted to see more of the island and snorkel in other areas. Highly recommend this excursion.

A great sight seeing adventure to Marietas Islands with flexibility - Eddie and Daniel took very good care of us from the start. We had 3 adults and 5 children (aged 7-16) on this trip. Really cool boat ride out to the Marietas islands with several whale and dolphin sightings. The boat was small enough to enjoy alone to ourselves as a party of 8 people. It was a fun, but not scary, adventure out in the large waves. The smaller boat allowed us to get into several caves and even close enough to the "blow hole" at the island to get wet which the kids loved. The snorkeling gear was brand new and well cared for; very clean. The water was not great that day and a little rough, so it was difficult for us all to see many fish, etc. and fully enjoy usual snorkeling. But, they were flexible and we called an audible and shortened the snorkeling portion of the trip and went to see more blue footed boobies, crabs, and other wild life. On the return boat trip we tracked several humpback whales and saw a baby and parents close up. We were given options along the way such as stopping and swimming at a beach vs. more exploring. The kids gave this trip two thumbs up. A great day on a boat. Bonus props: One of the adults was one month out from knee surgery and they were very accommodating with easy entry from the beach into the back of the boat. Only difficulty was finding the meeting point. We originally drove just past the intersection as we didn't see a building with the company name on it. Seriously, as they tell you in the instructions, it is through the fence by the blue building at the intersection of Av. Las Pangas and Corral del Rico Also note that actual access to go onto the hidden beach is limited to the first 200 or so people each day. So, you'll get park pass wrist bands, but this tour doesn't guarantee you get to walk onto the hidden beach or swim in the area.

Great for families! - Daniel (our guide) and Eddie (the ship captain) were great! Daniel took the time to show us lots of wild life (birds, whales, and of course lots of fish while snorkeling). He also was so great about taking lots of family pictures of us and photos of our children (ages 14, 11 and 5) having a great time. Highly recommend this tour!

Awesome tour! - Shark Tours was amazing. They met us right on time. We were the only ones so we were able to negotiate longer time for the snorkeling part of the tour.
