Fine! - Easy to book online. Next to DE pier is a stand where you can exchange your eticket for a paper ticket. Parking fine arranged.

Venice - Round trip to Venice, worked great. The boat was convenient for about 40 minutes drive. The armchairs on the return trip took some getting used to, but DA only about 8 people drove, it was possible.

Easy EN not expensive - This is a good option. Parking next to DE boarding station costs €7,- per day. A bit undecided DE corpse where you have to stand in DE line for the boat.

Clean process - Departure time is relative, when you ferry is full, the next one is already on site. Schedule waiting time

Running smoothly. - Everything went smoothly. E-tickets ordered, but DE they have to be exchanged for paper tickets EN at the port and that is not communicated. Everything else went fine. Enough parking near DE port for about 7 euros per day.

Good and fast crossing - Good, quick and price fully fine. Point deduction because a lot of hassle when boarding and coordinating passengers.

No more in the boats than there are chairs for - It was a really nice trip. You can experience many exciting things in Venice. You have to remember if you want to go in and the Church of Mark you need shorts that go down to your knees and a T-shirt that covers your shoulder otherwise great city

The “organization” of transport is unsettled and the expectation at booking is not met - Ticket sales via Tripadvisor were only a reservation. The tickets themselves only get near the jetty upon presentation of the barcodes. The young woman at the ticket booth was very nice. The young man by her side made an annoyed impression. Since unsettled tourists naturally asked about the process. In the Italian friendliness that has now become known to us in the last few days - here in this region - he answered them with a mine whose offer they could not refuse. 😉 In order to put an end to this uncertainty - to which we were also temporarily subject - it would be advisable, as in concerts in Germany, to set up zones with barrier tapes and inscriptions. One for ticket purchase or reservation exchange and one for those who have a ticket and join or queue in the insanely long queue of the jetty. By purchasing tickets via Tripadvisor, we assumed that we had already made a reservation and would only have to queue with the code at the jetty and show the code before entering the ship and done. So, after we realized that we had to exchange our code for a valid ticket first, we were baffled that we still had to join the endless queue to the jetty. We had booked the ride for 11:15. But we did not get on this ship despite the fact that we were in the right queue at 11:00. This was a bit unsettling for holidaymakers like us who are used to German punctuality. So we thought we would try the Italian watch and with it we actually got to the next ship at 11:45 am. 😁 For the return trip from Venice we had set ourselves the location from which we disembarked in the maps app. When we got there after our tour of Venice, we just joined the queue and we were lucky.🍀 Because this time we did not have to wait long to get on a returning ship of the fleet.
