The best trip - The tour was amazing I still remember the feeling of swimming with that huge shark and it’s very impressive how it feels, I totally recommend this experience to everyone and the tour guide Abraham was extremely nice and always took care of us, the best trip ever! I’d do it again much times!

DO IT!!! - The experience includes snorkeling with the whale sharks, food, drinks, beach stop… A PARADISE!!
You can enjoy a lot of swimming in Isla Mujeres too. Free snorkeling at a coral reef, transportation, snacks…and the personal is very kind.
I had the best time.

Awesome whale shark experience, with bonus snorkel and lunch!! - This was a fantastic tour! Our guide Jane was the best, she was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun! We had a great crew, and even though we went on the very last day of the season, thanks to our guide I was blessed to swim with the whale shark!! The snorkel on the reef was also a great experience, and we enjoyed our lunch on Isle Muheres. The boat ride was fun too, and it definitely was an all day trip.

Wonderful whale shark snorkeling - We took the last whale shark tour of the season and our guide Jane and her Capt put us on the last whale in the area. We were very lucky as late season can be hit or miss. Jane was so knowledgeable about not just the whale sharks but all wildlife in the area. She flowed effortlessly between Spanish and English. We also snorkeled the large reef and her ability in the water really shines there. Lunch was prepared by our captain was fantastic. We highly recommend this tour.

Totally amazing and worth the experience - Absolutely fabulous! Getting to be up close and personal with the whale sharks was amazing. Alexandria was very helpful as well as everyone on the boat.

Great experience and guide - Overall the trip was great. Our guide Jane was very friendly, funny and very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals.
We seen a whale shark which was amazing then were took snorkelling to a reef and then onto Isla Mujeres for a light lunch. It is a long trip and very tiring, especially waking up sp early.
Regarding sea sickness, we were given tablets by Jane and it really wasn’t bad when the boat is going full speed.
You can’t wear sunscreen so will have to make plans not to be burnt but it is an amazing experience. They will also film and photograph the trip which you can buy for 50 USD, this is pretty steep but it is from the whole trip and includes everyone so not limited to pictures/videos of just yourself so split between two it’s alright.

Best Tour Ever! Highly Recommend! - We couldn't have had a better time!
Jane was absolutely phenomenal! She made sure we were all comfortable and knew every step and rule to make sure things went accordingly.
She was beyond hilarious and SO knowledgeable about so many things it was awesome! The captain and deckhand were great and definitely knew what they were doing.
They also made us the best Ceviche and guacamole I've ever had!
The whale sharks were epic and they made sure all of us got to go multiple times and made sure we got up close while being respectful of their space.
We highly recommend this tour and will definitely go again when we come back and hope we get the same team because they worked so well together and helped us all have the best time possible!

Great tour swimming next to giants - It is a magical experience to swim next to a gentle giant like this. Tour was great and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and do again.

Not a great experience - The tour guide was not very personable. I did this last year with a better Viator guide No direction when we got to the whale sharks. Didn’t get any good photos or videos. Barely saw the whale shark. Would not recommend. The captain made a great ceviche tho

No Whales & Bring Your Own Food - The excursion really should have been cancelled given the lack of whale shark sightings in the area and it being the end of the season. Not seeing any sharks was a big disappointment but so was a lot of other things. Breakfast for the employees consisted of breakfast burritos, but as a customer we were offered a brown bag that contained a bottle of water, banana, yogurt and bread. The lunchtime meal served in the boat consisted of shrimp ceviche as well as ham and cheese sandwiches. A member of our party didn’t eat shellfish or pork so it made for a long foodless day. Since we didn’t see any whale sharks it made for a very long day of cruising around the ocean with little opportunity to do anything else. The tour operator should really have a plan B or simply should have canceled.
