Tour to Turtle Island - Beautiful experience, amazing scenery and attention from the guys spectacular, very good vibe and energy.

Exciting day - I was looking for options on the web and it was maybe one of the best prices, the bus was comfortable and the service excellent (maybe it could improve the food a little, but it was still excellent) Highly recommended, I would do it again without hesitation. Recommended. Thank you very much for allowing me to give you my opinion.

Awesome Tour - We had the best time! Our tour guide, Memo was fun, entertaining and very knowledgeable. Steven was great assisting us with the snorkeling. The lunch was fabulous! The captain returned us safe and sound. The only thing that would make this tour better is to have pickup right off the pier. It was difficult getting to the departure point. Memo made sure we were transported back to the pier. Thank all of you for a wonderful, memorable day.

Wonderful experience,... - Wonderful experience, especially the tour guide. My husband is disabled and the guide treated him as if he were his much loved and highly respected grandfather. The level of care he took with my husband was so appreciated. He brought him his lunch, he helped him out of chairs, help him with his shoes…made the day better for us both. Highly recommend this tour and tour company.

Fun day - Great captain and crew. Very entertaining. The food was good and we would do it again. It was well organized.

Best day in Costa Rica - We had an amazing time on this trip. We were not able to snorkel due to water conditions but it was such a fun beach day!

Best day ever - Best day ever. Sandy beach, waves, hot sun, shade & beauty. The food was served to us, fresh and delicious. My husband did snorkeling and loved it. Said the fish he saw were beautiful. Our day ended with a rain storm on the way back which gave us all a Giggle with the waves. Worth every penny.

A snorkle trip that was not worth the effort - Although the island name would lead one to believe there would be turtles, there were none and the water was very murkey. The staff were very polite and the lunch was good. Wild boars, peacock and other animals were quite interesting.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING - The service we received was simply unacceptable. The tour guide’s behavior was appalling—at times extremely inappropriate and bordering on offensive. The level of service was so poor that a fellow traveler even sent feedback to their WhatsApp account, only to be ignored. Costa Rica is undeniably expensive, and while I understand that quality comes at a price, it’s reasonable to expect at least the most basic level of courtesy and professionalism from a tour guide. Isla Tortuga itself is a must-visit destination, but I strongly advise everyone to avoid this particular service provider. As members of a global travel community, it’s important that we look out for one another. I am sharing my experience in hopes that it helps others make informed decisions.
