All of the employees were great. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and went above and beyond to make the experience fun for everyone.

This was the most disappointing experience we had in Costa Rica. The Good: ziplining was fun, there were plenty of ziplines and some were partnered so I got to go with my husband which was unique! Checkin was simple and the gift shop was a great place to get some snacks because we had skipped lunch. The Tarzan swing was the best part. The Bad: You can tell they had just taken the equipment off one person and gave it directly to us. My husband's helmet was warm and damp and my gloves were soaking wet with a hole in the finger (which ended up actually being an issue when my bare finger touched the zipline and caused a burn). Also, I've never felt like a sheep being herded as much as I did here. We were in a group of probably 25-35 people and ended up waiting in long lines multiple times. After the first zipline, they squished like 10 people onto a tiny platform and kept telling us to move closer and closer together so more people could fit. Meanwhile, we're hooked up to a wire rope so it really felt like a chang gang situation. The staff were moving so quickly and often responsible for doing two things at once which felt frantic and dangerous. Ultimately, the girl behind me ended up being clipped in wrong on one zipline and then the operator forgot to put the stopper out on another line so she smashed into the wall really hard. After that, I didn't feel safe at all. I think she got a refund or something but it was scary to realize that speed was being prioritized over safety. Also wish that the photographer had been at additional ziplines. He was only on the first 2 which was fine but there were some way cooler shots that could've been taken.
