Emily’s Tour - Tour was great. There were two guides, but because our group was large (34 people), we were split into two groups. I had the female guide. She was amiable, knowledgeable and occasionally witty.

Great tour! - Great tour of the history of the Le Chateau Frontenac. The tour guide was dressed as the original architect of the hotel and conducted the tour in character. So interesting and fact filled. It was great to see the areas of the hotel we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Would recommend!

We were greeted by a... - We were greeted by a period, costumed interpreter who mesmerized the entire party with stories and lure…super entertaining and very fun!

What a hotel!!! - Very knowledgeable staff and an extremely beautiful hotel. A shame there are restricted areas to hotel guests but I guess that's the benefit of staying on site:) Great value!

The guide was 5 star.... - The guide was 5 star. Very engaging, funny and knowledgeable. The tour is 3 star at best as you see the lobby and some lower hallways. It’s not really a tour of the chateau, more of a history of the chateau which could have been enjoyed over a cup of coffee. Personally I would recommend a walking tour of the old town that included discussion of the chateau. Then go inside and look around on your own.

Unimpressed - Although our tour guide was fantastic... all we did was walk around corridors with no art/architecture. I left unimpressed and not sure why I spent money just to hear history that I read about in my tour book.

To call this a “tour” of... - To call this a “tour” of the Frontenac is a long shot. You go in the lobby then stand in a corner of the hotel for a half hour listening to history of the hotel and seeing printed pictures in a binder. Then you get to walk a few hallways and sets of stairs. Very underwhelming. The guide was great and knowledgeable but there is no tour involved. If you want a history lesson of the property this is for you. If you are looking for an actual tour of the hotel this isn’t it.
