Must see! - Definitely a must see- and the bus is an easy and enjoyable way of getting there. No waiting in line at the entrance! I recommend taking the cable car up for some beautiful views

Terrific Shuttle for a visit to Montmorency Falls - A great way for transportation to Montmorency Falls. It is the Blue Line bus and you can reserve ahead. We booked for the 10:45AM. The two decker blue Bus was at intersection by Tourist Center in Old Quebec on Rue St. Anne. It was only about 15 minute ride to the Falls. We had time to walk the lower promenade, take cable car to top, walk to bridge over the falls, stop for lunch at the Manoir Manor Restaurant and Terrace, return on cable car then catch the Blue Line Bus at 2:00PM (14:00) for return to the city. Arriving early was great as it got crowded later in day. The Blue Line bus was perfect. Additionally, it was a beautiful sunshine day for enjoying these fantastic waterfalls. We had plenty of time to explore the falls. Highly recommend the Blue Line Bus. The Bus Driver was excellent, too. We left on time and he returned on time for for leaving the Falls.

Weird Bus Situation but Worthy Excursion! - The pick up location is just slightly off- it will be right at the intersection of Rue St Anne and Rue Du Forte - it’s where you see all the other busses arriving- if you plug it into Maps it’s not 100% accurate but you can follow it and then look around. When I was getting on the bus I had this app open with my ticket ready to scan and the confirmation and reservation number ready to go. But the bus driver didn’t accept and I didn’t know what else he could need? He had only had with him a pencil and paper (nothing to scan a ticket) and he wouldn’t write down my reservation number (so what was the pencil and paper for??) and I’m just not sure what I wasn’t giving him- and nor did he say what he needed he just pointed me away when I didn’t have (it?) I was very lucky that a female tour guide who brought a group to the bus actually called (in French) to confirm my ticket for me and the bus driver then accepted me. (But I still do not know what I was missing or what was actually needed- I couldn’t tell you at all how to avoid this and why I was singled out -nearly rejected from riding the bus)? Regardless - arrived at the falls and had a wonderful time! Budget 2 hours for time at the falls and 15 each way via bus for total of 2.5 hours.

Nice experience - Wonderful bus driver, Steve! Falls are nice too! Nice experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid traffic.

Trip to Montmorecy - Price for coach trip ton Montmorecy falls was expensive in it self, having to add cost of return flight on elevator nearly doubled cost. Save money and go up on elevator and walk down stairs on way back.

Overbooked Shuttle - There was no identification on the shuttle to mark it as going to Montmorency Falls. We were waiting for the shuttle to arrive and almost missed it. The company overbooked the shuttle and there were not enough seats. We had to stand the whole way to the Falls. The driver was very nice, though.

Careful what you wish for…. - The bus was 45 minutes late. Even then we had to sit in the floor of the filthy bus. We only got 40 minutes at the falls…… got back on the bus just 6 of us.

Chaotic - The meeting point was extremely disorganized. Lots of people looking for their tours, with little to no direction from anyone. We were on a cruise, so we had limited time. Our scheduled bus was late, so we didn't get to take the trip. We would have only had 15 minutes at the falls before we had to return. Very disappointing.

Dissatisfied Tour option - The information on the Viator App was not transparent, lack of pick-up time and uncertainty of pick-up point, made a very disappointing experience, we paid for but did not receive any service, we hired a taxi at a large expense to complete our tour

Excursion canceled without notice - When I tried to meet the bus, the bus was nowhere to be found. So when I found an employee, they told me that my excursion had been canceled due to the bike race in the city. I was not notified about this and had walked a long ways to get to the bus. Terrible communication. And my credit card was still charged for the excursion that they canceled.
