Get out of San Juan and see all the incredible things the West side of the island has to offer - Roberto is hands down the best tour guide I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and will show you the real side of Puerto Rico while sharing the history of how it got to where it is today. We went to multiple spots during this all day tour and we absolutely loved it. From the pit stop getting an incredible shrimp empanada with beautiful ocean view, to the old train tunnel with a surprise flying friend, all the way to the colorful houses on the West side. You will not regret this trip. I thought it was a bit pricey when booking but I believe this tour is more than worth it. Roberto provided us with a unique experience and a day full of amazing memories. We are very grateful. We will definitely come back and book with West Side Destination again. One last one - I loved the stop for Ice cream and sorbet. If you're lactose intolerant like me, you'll be happy to know there are multiple non-dairy flavors. I got tamarind and soursop, they were delicious!

Perfect trip if you don’t want to do the driving! - Prepare yourself for a long but wonderful day! Roberto was so friendly and knowledgeable. He loves the island and as he safely gets you over to the west side, he will answer any questions you may have about the island! Stunning beach views, shade hopping, swimming at Crash Boat and even the super soaker rain that came through ended with a beautiful seaside dinner. We all felt like family after spending the day together. Thank you Roberto!

Great tour of west Puerto Rico ! - Great tour by Bobby/Roberto, we were lucky enough to get the tour to ourselves and learned a lot about history and current events, saw some beautiful views and cities, and bought some souvenirs and ate some great food along the way!

Memorable experience - I booked this excursion with my sister and we had a blast. Roberto was very knowledgeable and he treated us like royalty. Roberto also made sure we were safe when taking pictures and moving safely between landmarks. He answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we learned as much as possible about the north western side of PuertoRico. We were able to tell he was passionate about the region. The sights on this tour are breathtakingly beautiful and we were allowed plenty of time to take our pictures and videos. Definitely a must do.

A long but incredible day of adventures - Roberto "Bobbie" was an outstanding guide and has an obvious love for Puerto Rico. He was an excellent communicator from the start of the day, was amenable to our wishes to take pictures, adjust time at a few stops, and even made an extra stop to let us try a local treat (corn ice cream). The VW SUV was newer and extremely comfortable ride for the day's adventures. Overall we had a great trip. It was a long but satisfying and incredible day. We're definitely glad we went but are glad we didn't have anything else planned for the evening.

Tour did not happen - Leaving 5 stars even though the tour was canceled due to not enough people signing up but I appreciated the great communication with the tour operator regarding the situation.

A must book! - Roberto was our tour guide. Ended up just being my husband and I. He picked us up right on time. Roberto was very nice and informative. He also has a GREAT sense of humor. Along the tour he assisted in helping make sure we captured all the amazing views, art, and the taste of Puerto Rico. We would do this tour a thousand times over. Thank you Roberto for an unforgettable day! We will be back.

The tour was not as... - The tour was not as impressive as expected. The itinerary focused solely on history, resulting in a rather subdued and tranquil atmosphere. While the beach was passable, the bar offered limited opportunities for socializing with family. The overall lack of exciting activities and the excessive emphasis on history made the tour feel rather expensive and underwhelming. The van was in poor condition, and the stops we made were often located in narrow streets or parks, which diminished the value of the experience. Despite my reservations, I would not hesitate to share my negative review to prevent others from wasting their money on a tour that did not meet their expectations. On the positive side, Roberto, the tour guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided valuable insights into the history of the destinations we visited.
