This was the best... - This was the best experience I have ever had on any boat/island/snorkelling tour. Firstly the boat itself is amazing, the staff are extremely caring and friendly. We were provided with 2 tea times and an amazing lunch with much effort put it in. The whole day was planned out extremely well with amazing time management and consideration for breaks meals and fun.

Perfect day even with some rain - Awesome time even though it rained a bit. Snorkeling was amazing saw four sea turtles and lots of fish. Lots of food to keep you feed. Took a hike to the Whitsundays lookout, amazing views and then chilled on the beach for a bit. Travels with my husband and daughter that is 3. Great day together.

Flawless Experience - 5 years apart! - Went on this experience in 2021 and loved it, had kids and an aupair in tow this time and again, didn’t disappoint. We even recalled one of the staff still working there, which is nearly unheard of in this industry. Now that they have the super flyer makes it way more family friendly. Large boat, air conditioned, food was better outside of the ‘packed lunch’ scenario last time. We spent the AM at the beach while our au pair went snorkelling, met up for lunch again and we stayed on the boat in the PM so our kiddos could nap. It’s so good having these options. As we were travelling as a group of 5 including twin toddlers, they reserved a table for us which was such a nice personal touch when other tour companies are happy to watch you struggle. Love these guys and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Airlie!

A wonderful experience not to be missed! - I would highly recommend this tour. The boat, staff, destination, food, were outstanding and well beyond our expectations. The staff were super friendly and the air-conditioned boat a luxurious touch.

Perfect day for a 60th with friends - Yesterday I went out on ZigZag in the Whitsundays to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday, and it was an absolutely amazing day. The boat itself is quite large, so even though there was a fair bit of wind and swell, the ride felt really smooth. I don’t get seasick, but it was great to see that most people were comfortable too — thank goodness. We were treated to a really lovely morning tea, then taken to Whitehaven Beach, which is just spectacular. We did a short walk with stunning views before heading back to the boat for lunch — and wow, the food was amazing. I love healthy food, so the variety of fresh salads and poached chicken was right up my alley. In the second half of the day, we went snorkelling at another island. The water was a bit murky due to the tide, but it was still a beautiful spot and a great experience. On the way back, we relaxed on the comfy lounge chairs on the top deck, sipping the best frozen margaritas — absolute bliss. A huge shout-out to the crew — especially Brendan, who makes a mean margarita 🍹 All round, a magnificent day and highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Whitsundays experience.

This is the one you have to choose - This tour and whole crew were awesome! Despite of after cyclone whether, really enjoyed what staff offered during the trip. It was really good to show my kids to appreciate good team work and do the job proactively without passing on. The NEW afternoon tea was high tea level! I should've finished a bottle of bubbles with it. However, had long drive next day, little shame but finished two servings and felt bad for others, but another brand new plater showed up, I was forgiven. Snorkel with a green turtle for entire time guided by great moustache paddle board crew, it was the best snorkelling experience ever. This time weather was not our side so Whitehaven Beach was not the best, but at least the second best in the world like the red boat crew said, whole experience was the best!! While others using a boat for whole biz, Zigzag uses a big ferry + a boat + and Red rubber boat for transportation. This is really impressed. Not sure all the crews are family, but this is really good team. I was hopping the tour includes the inlet as well, probably there will be a reason why it is not on the itinerary and our weather was not 100% so no bummer at all. I would recommend this to my family and friends, also anyone having plan to visit Whitsundays!

We had lots of fun today.... - We had lots of fun today. Our guide was Britt and she was amazing. We felt very informed after the safety debrief and Britt would check in one everyone regularly to make sure we were all comfortable

Congrats on how you treat those who miss out shows how good you are - Though we didn’t make it out to Whitehaven, the team was fabulous. We made it half way and the decision to turn around due to conditions. Though we where disappointed about missing out we thank the Zig Zag team for taking care of us, and ensuring we got a small taste of the Whitsunday PS. we did get a full refund and talking to people on other tours, seems no other tour company does this.
