It was absolutely worth it. A great experience. - The tour was great. Our guide George showed us many animals and took photos for us. Although the tour was scheduled for 3 hours, he went with us 3 1/2 hours through the park to show us as many animals as possible. Highly recommended. Top.

Best day ever! - Felix spotted camouflaged animals everywhere we went. He took the time to make sure we’ll all got a good look at them and patiently took all the photos we needed using his scope with our cameras. His knowledge of the animals and habitat was extensive. What an amazing day! Thank you Felix!

Manuel Antonio National Park Tour - We had Jaroth as our guide and he was amazing! He made sure we saw all the active wildlife at the time. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals and environment. 10/10 recommend!

Great tour, you need a guide for Manuel Antonio - You need a ticket to enter Manuel Antonio separate from this reservation. We bought a resale ticket for $50 per person (normal cost $18/person). Tour was good. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the flora, fauna and history. He also had a zoom lens to see creatures that were far away. We saw sloths, a toucan, capuchins and other creatures. There is a nice beach at the end of the tour, and our guide made sure we had enough time there before it closed at 3 pm.

Guides were great. OK but not great tour. Park was disappointing. - Make sure that you either have your own park entry tickets or that the tour you are buying includes them. We had to get park tickets last minute at a premium price. The tour itself was OK but relatively short distance and crowded with other visitors. Quite disappointed given the hype around Manuel Antonio National Park. That said the guides were very friendly and informative.

Disappointing - Beware. This tour does not include admission to the park and when we arrived, they ran out of admissions to the park. Refund was requested but hasn’t happened.

SCAM! Do not use this tour - This tour is for sale even tho the park has NO ENTRANCE TICKETS LEFT. both us and another couple from another company booked the same tour and they also ended up getting scammed out of 115 dollars. We drove 2 hours to go and the entire park was completely sold out. When we contacted the tour company they were more than happy to bring us to the actual tour operator for the park who charged us 115 dollars YET AGAIN and then started ignoring our messages- talking to the park they said they've had over 20 people that day with the same problem for the same tour and their money being stolen from them. We were extremely disappointed with Viator.
I called Viator and requested my money back, they have yet to respond.
Save your time and money. This is a complete scam unless you've purchased national park passes months in advance.
There is no note on the tour saying to make sure you have an entrance ticket first. They do this on purpose. Imagine the amount of unsuspecting Travellers they steal money from every day.
We will NEVER use viator again.

Worst booking experience... - Worst booking experience with viator . They didn’t mention separate park ticket is needed upfront and only after booking tour operator told us. Tour operator didn’t come at all knowing we didn’t had separate park tickets. There are lot of scammers doing private tours near Manuel Antonio park and looks like this tour operator is one of them. Finally we didn’t take this tour and bought a separate guided tour from official tour partners of the park. I don’t recommend this tour nor viator to anyone in future

Guide didnt show up - We went to national park and we were waiting for the Guide. And he didnt show up. We contacted to tour opertor (Steve tours) three time but they didnt pick up the call.
We have to call Viator customer call representative to cancle our tour and refund the amount.
