ADR Waterfall Park is a private reserve operated exclusively by Amigos del Rio.
Includes bilingual guides, snack and lunch, certified equipment, photographer (pictures available for purchase), and A/C transportation to and from hotels or houses in Manuel Antonio or Quepos.
- Minimum age is 6 years
- What to Bring: swimsuit, quick dry clothing that is comfortable to wear with a harness, sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes, tennis shoes or sandals with ankle straps. No flip flops. Shoes with good traction are recommended.
- Vegetarian option, and gluten free option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- A maximum of 16 people per booking
- Largest harness fits a size 42” waist

Incredible Experience! Best of Costa Rica! - We took a trip down to Quepos/Manuel Antonio in Feb and wanted to do some canyoning in the mountains. After reading the endless positive reviews, I booked with ADR Adventures. Our guides (with Franklin in the lead) were incredible - humorous, knowledgeable, and catered our trip into the mountains and waterfalls all very safe within hundreds of acres of private property. The journey started with a quick stop for coffee after meeting at their office in Quepos before riding up into the mountains. Franklin explained the history of the area as we rode up on a 4x4 road and throigh a river. Once, at the top, we jumped right into 3-4 hours of ziplining multiple canyons, canyoning, hiking, ziplining into a waterfall, cliff jumping (optional), freefalling from a zipline into water, a tarzan swing, and more. We had a snack halfway through of fresh pineapple and cookies at one of the waterfalls. After returning to Quepos, their cooks made a warm meal as we watched a slideshow of all the pictures and videos that were taken during our time together. Again, this was the highlight of our Costa Rica trip. You will not regret booking with ADR Adventures!

Authentic Rainforest Zipline Adventure - We had a wonderful time zipping through the rainforest and visiting breathtaking waterfalls (one of them we zipped through!) with the fantastic guides who helped make the time more enjoyable. Snacking on fresh fruit surrounded by wildlife was also a treat. The views of Quepos and the entire coastline from the top of the mountain were so impressive and worth the drive up. The post-tour traditional meal was the perfect way to wrap up our adventure. Thank you!

Highlight of trip - the best excursion I did while I was there. the people guides were friendly and made sure we were safe in all aspects. zip lining and repelling with the amazing views all around us. then on top of that they took us back and fed us a delicious meal. totally worth every penny and your time.

Welcome to Jurassic Park!! - Best day in the jungle with my family and tour guide Antonio. What an awesome experience and great memories that were made here in Costa Rica. To top the day off we enjoyed a real home cooked Costa Rican lunch that has been my family’s favorite 5 days into being here on vacation. I would highly recommend this adventure for anyone thinking about zip lining in the jungle. Antonio and his crew work together flawlessly with safety, knowledge and understanding along with some humor every step of the journey. Thanks again Antonio

Thoughtful guides, genuine adventure - Amigos del Rio is a truly special company that takes great care of its travelers. Our family did two different tours. The first was the 10+1 with Elian, Davis, and Antonio - they were all super nice and brought a positive spirit to the adventure. The guides take great pride in their country and shared so much interesting information. The 10+1 is really 10+10 with all that we learned about the area and the country. The ride out to the mountain is an adventure in itself through pretty rough terrain and the drivers are very professional and careful. The adventure tour is really in the jungle and SO much fun. Cannot recommend this more.
On a different day we did the whitewater rafting adventure with different guides: Jesus, Juan, Diego and others. They were equally friendly and knowledgeable, balancing safety and serious adventure! Our kids are 11 and 13, with varying levels of adventurousness. The team made everyone feel comfortable and push their comfort zones to have the best time possible! We also stopped along the drive when we saw wildlife of interest - most special was a sloth crossing the road (very slowly!).
Each trip has a photographer, which is an added cost, but they really do a nice job so consider it. Also, make sure you have the whole day available, the trip takes a while. Get in the Pura Vida spirit!

Ziplining and Adventure - Great adventure. Guides were very accommodating for some first timers. Kaylor, Byron, and Adrian were great. Highly recommend doing this excursion.
