The best option for your visit to Holbox - I took 2 Bioluminescence tours and the Islands tour 100% recommended They are friendly, they are interested in us having unforgettable experiences, they are very helpful, attentive and you should hire them on your next visit to Holbox, the best option. They offered us help for everything I was traveling with an older adult and they made that day something very special. They are punctual, good communication, reliable, I paid without knowing them without a recommendation and they even sent me the invoice for the contracted services They made recommendations about places to eat and enjoy the cuisine of the island, transfer services so that it would not be an impediment to go out and get around to see. Amazing experience - We really enjoyed this trip. We were picked up from the hotel by our friendly guide and driven to the bay. Be prepared to get into the water up to below knee height to be able to see the bioluminescence, we had plenty of time to splash around looking at it. It was an amazing experience and thoroughly recommend it.

Great nature experience!! - We had a really unique experience with a very relaxed and qualified guide (Carlos). The bioluminescene are hard to catch with your camera, but even more unique to experience with your own eyes. Also the bright stars and milkyway are great to add on your bucketlist! Nice guides, not the best experience in the island. - The tour guide was nice and friendly, but the attraction wasn’t ideal. Tons of mosquitoes in that area, we couldn’t really approach the lights. Also it was cloudy so we couldn’t take any pictures, and couldn’t see the stars. The highlight of the tour was the taxi through the island.

Bioluminescence - It was very cool to see the bioluminescence. Our guide was friendly. The experience was fairly quick. More time was spent transporting to the site and back to our accommodation.

Not recommended in December - We can't see bioluminescence well because it's not the time. However, what went less well was that our guide was more concerned about taking photos of people from other tours than taking us away to end the experience.

Lack of customer service - I booked the tour last August 20 and we were told that with android phones bioluminescence would not be captured in photos. For this reason they would send us a souvenir photo taken by the local guide. We never received anything, despite several reminders so we have no memory of it. I would add that we had booked for 3 people, but I had to stay at the hotel because I was not feeling well, so I would have liked to see the photos of the tour. An unprofessional attitude and non-existent customer service.
