Nice tour guides - Chewy (Jesus) and Gabby were very nice. They listened to what we needed and modified when it started pouring. We made a stop to the get our Laundry done and to buy some items we forgot. When my son desperately needed a bathroom we made an emergency pit stop. I’d highly recommend them and was pleasantly surprised surprised with my first viator tour experience.

Terrific Tour! - Angelo and Max met us right on time and were cordial and friendly. We did not want to go to touristy stops except for the Mayan ruins. We spent about an hour and a half there. Angelo asked if we’d be interested in going to a beekeepers place. It was a small family-run business, and we enjoyed our visit there. Then we went for tacos at a local place. Angelo and Max seemed genuine in showing their pride for their home. I highly recommend this tour. We were able to do what we wanted rather than a cruise dictated schedule.

Cozumel excursion - Despite the rain, we had a great day! Ricky and Hugo did a great job. We are a girlscouts troop and learned about the Maya ruins, the bees and the history of Cozumel.

Good to know ...excellent - Awesome experience Interesting...Hanzel and Ricky (very knowledgeable) gave us an excellent history about conzumel...shows us the main points of the island. Gave us time to do activities and take pictures. I recommend 100% of these 2 individuals..for u trip in conzumel.

Cozumel tour - Had a great experience. Ricky was excellent in explaining everything. They have provided us with cold water as well as they were very trustworthy. We left our some stuff in their van and they had kept it very safe and secure.

Great day in Cozumel - We had a great tour exploring Cozumel with Aldair and Jesus. They were professional, informative and friendly! They were flexible with the itinerary, took us to several local spots, and returned us to the ship on time!

Super recommended as a family!! - Super familiar. Our guide Ricky and the chauffeur lovely!!! They made it super easy for us, they helped us with everything, we felt trapped with them and they solved us at all times. The ruins of San Gervasio super recommended as we were with elderly children and teenagers and we became super bearable. Then the beach at the palm beach club where we ate and were enjoying lasagna crystal clear waters!! We saw starfish!! A 10!! Thank you!!!

Family Cruise 2025 - An Unforgettable Cozumel Experience! Cozumel truly lives up to its reputation as a beautiful destination, and my recent visit was made absolutely top-notch thanks to the outstanding service from Jesus and Felipe. They went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience, making it incredibly enjoyable and memorable. I can't recommend Cozumel, and especially the service provided by Jesus and Felipe, highly enough. Five out of five stars!

Not recommended - This tour was booked with the expectation of going to San Gervasio Mayan ruins. The first stop was for the monuments which were beautiful and interesting. Next stop chocolate tasting $5 per person and $15 chocolate bars. Tequila tasting $5 per person. The ruins another $15 per person. Expensive when in a large group but not unexpected. However, our guide allocated us THIRTY minutes to tour the ruins and when we weren't back came looking for us! One member stopped to buy water and he actually went into the store and told her to hurry!! Back on the van he puts his headset on and begins to explain we are now going to lunch for a cost of $14 per person! We said we just wanted to see the ruins and are now ready to go back. At that point he tossed his headset onto the dash and did not say another word to us. The bus driver was obviously embarrassed and tried to explain sights as we went by. They did make a stop at a pharmacy for us thanks to the driver. I have had other Viator tours that were among the best I've ever had but I must say this one ranks at the bottom! Would not recommend nor would I do it again.
