A day filled with adventure great for family with older kids. - We had a fun day customized to what we wanted to enjoy. Everything went as expected with clear communication on what to expect and where to meet our guide.

Beautiful Day in Cozumel - We had an amazing time!! Our driver Chino was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Chino tailored the itinerary to our requests and took us to the most beautiful beach in Punto Sur.

unforgettable 30th birthday excursion. - Chino made my day a dream! my mom booked this excursion with high hopes and Chino absolutely did everything he could to deliver us to greatness. it was what some people consider “a once in a lifetime experience”. i saw things more beautiful than i could have imagined. Chino WILL make your dreams and ideas come to life. He was extremely generous with his resources and time, and he was a great guide. book him! i love you chino!!!! me encantó todo cosas, gracias Chino. i am grateful for you!

Best excursion! - Edwin was amazing! We had the best time at the jade cenote, the eco park, tequila tasting, atv experience, lunch, everything! We would recommend 10/10! Edwin is the best!

Great private, individualized tour - We had our own private tour guide who Ernesto was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was a great driver. We decided we didn't want to drive on the rough roads into the Jade Caverns so he took us to another beautiful, clean cenote closer to the road and very clean. We really enjoyed the light house, a local beach and ecological area. It had rained the night before so there were some pretty big puddles for the ATV ride which made it extra fun. The fawna was beautiful. Carlos, our ATV guide even found a small turtle for us during the ride. Would definitely recommend this tour especially if you like private and individualized experiences.

Jeep and ATV Tour with Snorkeling - Our guide Diego was friendly and knowledgeable. This excursion was very long and there were a lot of miles covered in Cozumel. Could have done without the Tequila and chocolate tasting. The gentleman at the Tequila tasting was little pushy. Almost felt as though we were at a timeshare presentation. There was a red flag up at the snorkeling spot, we snorkeled anyway, and the water was very rough, but we were able to see many different colored fish and coral. This excursion would be perfect with just snorkeling and ATV riding. Food at Coco's was just ok. Fish tacos lacked taste and were overcooked.

Avoid at all cost - What a rip off . $50 for 3 cokes and guacamole chips at our free lunch. Everywhere we stopped everyone begged for tips. It was horrible.

Save your money - Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Price
Let me start by saying that Tony, our guide, was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made an effort to engage with us, which was definitely a positive aspect of the tour. However, when it comes to the overall experience, we were pretty disappointed, especially for the price we paid.
The biggest issue was the constant pressure to tip. Everywhere we went, people were asking for tips, even when it didn’t feel warranted. For example, during the tequila tour, while the guide was informative, the constant tip requests were a bit off-putting. It felt like we were just being nickel-and-dimed throughout the day.
Lunch at the beach club was another letdown. The food was subpar, and the atmosphere was anything but relaxing. The place was blasting heavy metal music, which made it impossible to have a conversation, and the vibe was just all wrong for what should have been a laid-back beach meal. To make matters worse, we stopped at a beach, but in order to use the bathroom or actually enjoy the beach, you were required to order drinks—at prices that were outrageously high.
The ATV ride was also underwhelming. It was more of a quick spin down a road, and we didn’t even go far. We turned around halfway and ended up riding down a road that was already closed. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes, and it was pretty boring. To make matters worse, the ATVs were in poor condition. One of them had such significant damage to the front end that my sister had to put all her strength into keeping it straight. She eventually switched ATVs with her husband, but even he had trouble. In the end, the guide had to take over. On another ATV, you had to keep it in gear, or it would shut down altogether.
Honestly, save your money. If you want to explore the island, just rent a car and drive around yourself. You'll have more flexibility and a much better experience.
