Exceptional - Incredible experience where we had the chance to swim with turtles, rays and beautiful fish. The explanations are very clear and simple, the activity is accessible to everyone. We were even able to make a first stop to admire the Mayan ruins from the sea and take pictures. You can bring your things and leave them in the trunk of the boat. We highly recommend this activity!

Birthday Tortugas 🐢 - I came here for my birthday as I love wildlife and wanted to be around some nature. This is the perfect day out for just that! The experience was amazing and I didn’t expect to get so close to these amazing creatures. Our tour guide was really helpful, very friendly and laid back. He informed us really well before entering the water and then left us to explore ourselves for 45 minutes in each section which was amazing. It’s not too long of a day out in the heat but you cover so much in a short time. For the price this is an amazing day out, I would recommend. Just be aware you will have to pay an extra 305 pesos each to enter the parque de jaguar, which is fine and maybe I didn’t read the small print! But can be annoying if you are not expecting, but still worth it as you can stay on the beach all day, explore the park and even the ruins if you want to pay a little extra. All in all, this experience was amazing and I’m glad I got to spend my birthday this way! I would 100% recommend☺️

Swimming with baby sea turtles! - This experience was truly one of a lifetime! We did the two hour snorkeling tour which included a stop above a coral reef and a stop where in the turtle area. The coral reef was beautiful to see and included a huge range in sea creature life. From there we went to see the turtles, and it was absolutely breath taking. There were not only sea turtles swimming amongst us, but also manta rays that would come in and out of the area so gracefully. The staff were incredibly helpful in getting settled in the gear and telling us what to look for. The area was a little more crowded in the turtle zone, but when you were snorkeling you didn’t even notice. A life jacket is provided, but the water was a little choppy, so best for people that are comfortable swimming. This was completely worth every penny!

Amazing! Turtles! Fish! - A buddy and I did this Snorkel Tour last minute and it was even better than expected! This was better than a tour we did in Akumal. Highly recommended. We had lots of time in the water. Saw rays, turtles, lots of fish, and even lobster. I would say this is a must do if in Tulum. When I return to Tulum, I will be back. Also, its easy to find the start, just go to Playa Pescadores (Inside Jaguar Park). Look for a guy at a little desk on the left in front of the restaurant. Junior es muy bien!!

Don't miss it. - A highlight of our 3 week holiday. Swam with turtles, sting rays and other fish, less than 10cm away. Pelican's flying/swimming nearby. The guides were great. Just the right amount of time. We went at 10am so I have no idea what it's like at other times of the day. The sun is strong and you snorkel with a life jacket. The back of my arms and lower back got slightly burned so may be worth wearing your worst t-shirt as sun protection.

Staff are great, location is not - The staff are talented and friendly! This review is more about the snorkeling itself. The snorkels provided leaked badly, and because the snorkeling location is not in the warm shallows but much further out in cold, rough waters, the waves kept pushing lots of sea water into the snorkel. It was difficult to see as the visibility is not great, and if you are expecting vibrant colorful reefs this is not it. The reef is black and there was very little color and not that many fish. We did see a sea turtle and a stingray but because it is out in open waters and you are defaulted to wear a life jacket it is very hard to just stay still and enjoy. It was very rough and my husband and I both got seasick (we have both worked on boats before, so we had never had that happen) and then later sick from all of the sea water. I would only recommend this tour for advanced snorkelers who bring their own gear and who are looking for a non-traditional reef.
