Great tour of Cozumel - We had a great island tour with Luis! He took us around the whole island and showed us the highlights. The lunch on the beach was delicious and the scenery was amazing. We customized the tour and stopped for shopping and relaxing beach time. We highly recommend and would do it again.

Best Cozumel tour - Wonderful tour provided by a great driver. The best experience we had on our 7-day cruise. Didn't disappoint. If you are looking for a way to see Cozumel and not spend a ton of money, this is the guy you want to use.

Yusef went above and... - Yusef went above and beyond as our guide! This was a great way to get around the island, see the sights we wanted to see, as well as receive tips and recommendations from our local driver. So much better and more personalized than doing a generic cruise excursion!

Great time with Taz! - Taz is passionate. With a wealth of true knowledge about his home. I won't spoil what you'll learn but it's gonna be great! Enjoy! He's also got a good friendly sense of humor.

Gerardo great guide - Gerardo was awesome! He spoke fluent English and was incredibly flexible, really accommodating everything we wanted to do. We went to the Punta Sur Eco Park, and he set us up with an excellent tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable about the local plants and animals, which made the experience even better. Gerardo was very friendly and shared a lot of interesting information about the history of Cozumel along the way. Highly recommend!

Ana was superb! - Our family had an amazing day with our guide, Ana! She was knowledgable, friendly, and truly stopped at nothing to accommodate us, including taking us to three separate very specific stores, to locate a particular souvenir we wanted. She took us to the Mercado, stores, a resort, and a beach to have lunch and enjoy the view. She went over and above, as did our driver. Highly recommended!

Do not take your chances, trust me - Booked weeks in advance for 6 adults, plus a child with a car seat. Come excursion time, we were sent a 7-passenger mid-size SUV with no AC. Well, when you add the driver, that’s 8 of us that they tried to squeeze into a 7-passenger vehicle. After 25 minutes of trying to find the driver who was supposedly standing in front of the Hard Rock holding a sign with my name (he was not, as WE were in front of the Hard Rock asking all around), a guy in a small SUV calls out my name to us while he is driving down the road. We chase him around for another 15 minutes while he finds a spot he can actually pull off to try to load us. We try to make the best of it and spend another 10 minutes trying to buckle in the car seat and try to squeeze the stroller into the back. We ultimately decide to bail due to not enough seats having been provided for our group and it is not safe to continue. We had been expecting a 14-passenger van with ample room and AC. Upon messaging the activity provider, I received attitude and the idea that we “decided to leave the location” due to not being comfortable. No, you literally DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH SEATS FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE I BOOKED THE ACTIVITY FOR. We had no option but to bail. Ultimately, we were given a refund after I discussed the situation with Viator support. But I am very shocked and disappointed at how the whole booking was handled.
