Vinicunca - Begin the day with a 5:00 AM pick-up from the hotel in Cusco, followed by a scenic drive through the South Valley in tourist transportation. The journey takes approximately 3 hours to reach Pitumarca and then Cusipata, where the trek begins. The stunning scenery, diverse flora and fauna, and herds of alpacas and llamas will captivate you, along with breathtaking views of the Ausangate Mountain. The trek passes through traditional villages, offering opportunities to engage with local residents.
After trekking for about 1.5 to 2 hours, the destination is reached: Vinicunca (5,020 m / 16,466 ft). At the summit, the enchanting rainbow mountain area and the revered Ausangate Mountain can be admired. There will be time to explore and capture photographs. -
Nevado Ausangate - The return journey involves a downhill walk back to Cusipata village, where a delightful lunch will be served to replenish energy. The day concludes with a return trip to Cusco, with an estimated arrival time of 6:00 PM.

🌈 THE BEST WAY TO CLOSE THE CIRCLE! 🌈 - Once again LIBERTREK and its guide Yuri Usca Curampa are synonymous with success!
Accompanied by a fantastic day, Yuri assists us with professionalism along the way seasoning the naturalistic experience with social and historical content. Along the climb, absolutely not prohibitive after acclimatization to the heights, our guide made us stop the points just to catch our breath and once reached the summit, Yuri did his best to squeeze the most out of our experience!
Wonderful return through the entire Valle Rojo, less spectacular than Vinicunca but full of color and more intimate. A magnificent experience.
