Bohemia brewery - Eva our guide was more transport helpful with us as most offre thé group spoke spanish. Great day ! Expect good time at the brewery.

Tour to Petrópolis - I liked the city that is very beautiful and the places visited portray the history of the place and the brewery Bohemia is a plus of the tour

Misled consumers - Unpleasant experience, lack of professionalism, poor service! The offered Service was not provided either in the form or in the contacts with the agency. Had acquired for 3 people. At the time of the tour, I questioned guide and agency, about this disagreement and the answers were evasive and inconclusive. I saved the entire dialog via whatsapp. After many messages, on the day of the tour, the agency recognized that the guide was not fulfilling the contract. Seeking compensation for the services not provided after the tour, the proposed value to be repaid and the form were inadequate.

Failure in the provision and execution of the services contracted. - Super attentive attendant Kilian on WhatsApp. Tour closed for day 14/08 - Sunday (parents' day), but unfortunately transport execution, with guide and driver, absurdly disastrous, lack of commitment in the provision of the Service. Which I consider a very serious failure, failing to execute the services contracted.
On the day 14/08 at 9:16h I received the first contact from the driver informing that I was at the place of boarding, I informed that it would take 20 minutes to be there, and that was on the way. The driver replied that he would not wait and left us behind. At 9:30h (time scheduled in the VOUCHER -Docto below) I was at the venue with a child to board and celebrate Parents' Day to my surprise the driver was no longer at the venue, it was 9:30h, and I at the venue for 9:40h with a child.
In short: Although the assistant kilian sought another vehicle to carry out the transport, which did not happen. Everyone involved washed their hands and left me with a crying child at the boarding place.
If this does not characterize failure in the provision and execution of services, I ask:
What characterizes???
The Enterprise gave up, passing the responsibility to the consumer.
All quiet as if nothing had happened.
I'm registering here because the fact happened. I hired a service, a "Tour in Petrópolis" and it didn't happen and there's nothing that can be done about it. On top of the hour it would be impossible to hire another Enterprise for the same purpose.

Bad experience with the guide Cris - I had a terrible experience with the guide Cris who made our tour to Petrópolis! First was the delay to pick us up, then we left almost two hours to pick up the tourists in the city. The guide gave a thousand unconvincing excuses and already talking that it could not be done the complete tour because of their delay. Then I sent msg to the Felipe who serves the wats of the Enterprise and then the guide began to question who would have sent mgs being that everything was already "resolved", I replied that it was me and she began to attack me with resilience (I was already treating everyone Van this way from the beginning) I was already very nervous with the situation! I said if she would continue I would drop off the Van, so she said 3x that would stop the Van so that I and my husband would get out of the same. I was already nervous feeling humiliated gave me a crying attack so we waited for the best place to get out of the Van that was near the toll, apologized to the others who were going through that with us and decided to go down. But everyone calmed me down and told me not to spoil my day because of the attacks of the guide Cris, so we followed the trip and she only gave me a hug to not be in that "boring" situation at any time I received an apology and the rest of the tour she was rushing to everyone always sharp with her words (this with everyone). I have travelled with my family to some places in Brazil. I have never seen such a Processing in any of my trips, this was my third time in Rio de Janeiro. I always do my trips with Rio smart tourism and I was always well served but this time I chose this Enterprise and the disappointment was certain! We had bought another ride to arrange with them and Felipe canceled our one without giving further explanations, but I thanked God that at least I made a ride with another serious Enterprise and that respects its customers! And our day was perfect!
And that the lady guide Cris understand that we clients are not guilty of their problems, when we hire a tour we want to be well served regardless of what happens within the Enterprise is her duty to treat everyone with a lot of education and professionalism thing that she has not! (Even though I greatly shortened the story I went through with it, if I would not get more exhausting this report)
