- Antisana Condor Observatory - At the designated meeting point, participants will gather at 8:00 AM. The journey will last approximately one and a half hours, leading to the Andean condor sighting location. The route passes through the village of Pintag, named in honor of a renowned Inca general, and continues through an area shaped by volcanic lava from past eruptions. Upon entering the Antisana Ecological Reserve, visitors will encounter various bird species, deer, the Andean wolf, and diverse flora and fauna. The tour includes viewing lagoons and a walk around the base of one. It is advisable to bring a packed lunch, although there are also excellent local restaurants available. After the activities, the group will return to Quito to the original meeting point. Alternatively, if preferred, participants can be dropped off at Mariscal Sucre Airport, accommodating those with limited time in Quito who need to catch their flights to other destinations.

Breathing in the pure mountain air is refreshing, and witnessing the local flora and fauna brings a sense of inner peace. Taking a short walk around the base of a large lake that supplies water to the city of Quito is magnificent and highly recommended. After the excursion, the group can be conveniently dropped off at Mariscal Sucre Quito airport.
