This is an excellent way to explore a portion of Ecuador by following the Avenue of the Volcanoes. The journey begins on the first day with a visit to Cotopaxi National Park. Afterward, there’s no need to return to Quito as the volcano route continues, riding e-bikes towards Quilotoa. The adventure then moves on to Riobamba, from where the journey to Chimborazo Volcano begins. Travelers will drive up to 4,800 meters and then hike to the second refuge, before descending on e-bikes to the town of San Juan. From there, the route leads to the city of Baños. The next day offers a unique path, one not commonly taken by tourists due to the lack of e-bikes. Riders will travel through the upper reaches of the cloud forest before descending to the waterfall route, concluding at the Pailón del Diablo (Devil’s Cauldron). From there, travelers can return to Quito or choose to stay in Baños. Included: e-bike, tour guide, daily picnic, transportation. Not included: life insurance, daily drinks, and dinners.
