Great Tour! - Great tour! A short 45 min hike up to the Refugio and then a 35 minute bike ride. Definitely recommend for any level hike. Great Guide. Extremely organized tour!

Best tour in Quito - I booked the tour very last minute - like the day I landed, gave myself 2 days to acclimate to the elevation differences. That aside, the tour was super interactive and the guides were very knowledgeable. I love that you’re able to say no at any parts of the tour if you don’t feel comfortable- these guys truly have your safety in mind. I strongly recommend it!

Great adventure - Love the experience, the accompaniment throughout. The place is unmissable, at all times you are safe, enjoying the scenery, give you advice before climbing. Great tour, I would repeat it again

Great way to Climb! - Great time - guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to all passengers regardless of preparedness. Not at all too intense, about an hour and a half to two hours of hiking on the volcano itself. Not much they can do about the weather, but if it cooperates the views are immaculate.

Cotopaxi Bike - From the beginning the guides and driver were very attentive. They really guided, helped and guided us. The delicious lunch!! Bikes if they need a little maintenance but from there on out all excellent

Joel is amazing! - Fantastic day and experience our tour guide Joel was fantastic and would highly recommend this tour! He was super knowledge and pointed out other volcanos, mountains and local wildlife!

Irresponsible Company! - The tour was booked through my hotel so I had no idea about the company but I was told by the hotel that they guides well help me get a bus after to my next destination after the tour ends instead of going back to Quito. This is something that is quite common that many companies do and I discussed it with the guides at the start of the tour but at the last minute at the end of the tour the guides decided to put me in a dangerous and vulnerable position by leaving me at the side of the highway and expected me to cross the highway and flag down a bus going at highspeed. Fortunately, a local family that happened to be walking by helped me but that is so completley irresponsible and inappropriate. Supposedly the owner apologized to the hotel owner but that's not sufficient. Use this company with caution as their main priority is receiving tips, positive reviews, and rushing back to Quito. They also stop at a medicore restaurant for breakfast and lunch where they probably getting a commission - food was horrible and small portions.
